SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium is acid-alkaline hydrolyzate of legumes, in part, pea where the following components were added: thioglycolic acid, soluble starch, 1% hemin solution, peptone, sodium chloride and additionally agar for solid medium preparing. Medium can be used for isolation of microflora of different anaerobic microorganisms. Medium provides growth of anaerobic microflora. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of medium.

Использование: биотехнология, медицинская микробиология, использование питательних сред выращивания микроорганизмов, анаэробных бактерий-возбудителей раневых инфекций. Сущность изобретения: в качестве питательной основы среды используют кислотно-щелочной гидролизат бобовых, в частности гороха, добавляют тиогликолевую кислоту, крахмал растворимый, 1%-ный раствор гемина, пептон, хлористий натрий, для получения плотной среди дополнительно добавляют агар. Среда применима в лабораторной практике для выделения микрофлоры в виде различных анаэробных микроорганизмов.
