Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering, power net actuators manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: device has operating blocks at power and receiving substations connected by communication line. Each one has transmitting-receiving for frequency operating blocks, switches and alternative current signal transformers. Power substation has pick-current protection assembly and logic-operating block which input is connected to transmitting- receiver but two output signals went to transmitting input of transmitting-receiver block and to pick-current protection assembly input. Communication line is composed by cable sheath and grounding arrangements. One winding end of transformer is connected with transmitting- receiver, other one serves as circuit of cable grounding. Receiving substation has additional elements like pick-up set for loading current and bus voltage measuring, logic operating block which one input is connected to receiver, second one is connected to current and bus voltage pick-up but output is connected to switch operating winding. EFFECT: more convenient for factory power supply high voltage cable protection. 3 cl, 2 dwg

Новым в устройстве является то, что канал связи образован металлической оболочкой кабеля и землей. Устройство дополнительно содержит трансформаторы частотного сигнала, одна из обмоток каждого из которых соединена с приемопередатчиком, а другая обмотка включена в цепь заземления оболочки кабеля, блок аппаратуры на питающей подстанции дополнительно содержит логическую схему, входы которой соединены с приемником приемопередатчика, один выход соединен с комплектом максимальной токовой защиты, а второй выход - с передатчиком приемопередатчика частотного сигнала, блок аппаратуры на приемной подстанции дополнительно содержит комплект датчиков тока нагрузки на подстанции, датчик напряжения на шинах подстанции и логическую схему, один вход которой соединен с приемником приемопередатчика, второй - с комплектом датчиков тока и напряжения, а выход соединен с отключающей катушкой выключателя.The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in power supply circuits of industrial enterprises on cable lines above 1000 V.
