Abstract

FIELD: blasting operations in mining industry and construction. SUBSTANCE: to increase safety, surface of emulsion in accumulating vessel is isolated with a layer of liquid inert with respect to emulsion and having density lower than that of emulsion. This liquid is used in form of water, and the total volume of emulsion and liquid in accumulating vessel is maintained equal to the internal capacity of this vessel. Besides, additional vessel is installed and connected by means of a pipeline with the accumulating vessel, and a portion of the liquid is placed in the additional vessel which is preferably kept above the accumulating vessel. When emulsion is filled from the accumulating vessel into the vessel of the mixing-and-charging machine, the volume of the additional vessel is taken equal to, at least, the capacity of the mixing-and-charging machine but not in excess of the capacity of the accumulating vessel. EFFECT: higher safety.

Использование: взрывные работы в горной промышленности и строительстве. Сущность изобретения: для повышения взрывобезопасности поверхность имульсии в накопительной емкости изолируют слоем жидкости, инертной по отношению к эмульсии и имеющей плотность меньше, чем плотность эмульсии. В качестве такой жидкости используют воду, а суммарный объем эмульсии и жидкости в накопительной емкости поддерживают равным внутреннему объему этой емкости. Кроме того, устанавливают дополнительную емкость, соединяют ее трубопроводом с накопительной емкостью, а часть жидкости размещают в этой дополнительной емкости, которую предпочтительно распологают выше накопительной емкости. При выдаче эмульсии в емкость смесительно-зарядной машины (ЦЗМ) объем дополнительной емкости принимают равным не менее объема ЦЗМ и не более объема накопительной емкости.Usage: blasting in mining and construction.
