Способ пластики дефектов слизистой оболочки и мягких тканей дна полости рта заключается в том, что выкраивают кожно-мышечно-фасциальный лоскут, деэпидермизируют его до основания и проводят через тоннель между наружной поверхностью нижней челюсти и мягкими тканями щеки или подбородка, укладывают на дефект деэпидермизированной кожей и подшивают фасцию к слизистой оболочке.
