Claims (1)
- Предложен способ получения Clostridium, которые продуцируют растворители, ферменты, антибиотики, токсичные белки или споры. Удлинение клеток до критической длины, как минимум втрое превышающей ветегативную, индуцируют с помощью последовательного субкультивирования в контролируемых условиях для синхронизации роста числа клеток и их эффективной массы, а также для получения существенно однородной клеточной популяции. Для стабилизации клеток к синхронизированным клеткам критической длины добавляют как минимум 0,01 М двухвалентных катионов, таких как кальций. Образование спор можно продолжить из рефрактильных зрелых свободных спор, которые можно собирать.
