Claims (1)

The method consists in that an intermediate figured sublayer of a substance absorbing laser radiation is applied on a rigid substrate. The configuration of the sublayer is fully consistent with the topology of the fabricated matrix. Then, a continuous gel layer is applied to the intermediate shaped layer, and the gel and the substrate material are chosen to be transparent for laser radiation. The gel layer is irradiated with a laser beam with an exposure that ensures the gel evaporates in places located above the sublayer of the absorbing radiation substance simultaneously with the substance itself and on the formed parts of the gel, oligonucleotides from the selected set are fixed one by one.
