Изобретение относится к пищевой, медицинской, фармацевтической и парфюмерно-косметической промышленности, а именно к способам получения комплекса фосфолипидов. Технический результат заключается в обеспечении более высокого выхода фосфолипидов и более высокого содержания в их составе фосфатидилхолина при использовании в качестве сырья икры сельди или промышленных отходов двустворчатых моллюсков. Способ предусматривает измельчение сырья, экстракцию общих липидов органическими растворителями, отделение нелипидных примесей промывкой экстракта и осаждение фосфолипидов, при этом экстракцию общих липидов проводят из икры сельди или промышленных отходов двустворчатых моллюсков смесью хлороформа с этанолом, отделение нелипидных примесей проводят промывкой экстракта 0,5 - 0,7%-ным водным раствором хлористого кальция, затем осаждают примеси путем растворения общих липидов гексане при соотношении 1: 5 - 1:6, после чего раствор перемешивают, отстаивают, осадок примесей общих липидов удаляют центрифугированием, гексановый раствор упаривают, сухой остаток фосфолипидов очищают от примесей путем перерастворения в хлороформе и осаждения фосфолипидов ацетоном при соотношении хлороформного экстракта и ацетона 1:6 - 1:8, затем полученный раствор отстаивают, фильтруют, осадок промывают ацетоном, сушат, а сухой остаток растворяют в хлороформе и повторно очищают фосфолипиды от примесей хромотографией на колонке с окисью алюминия смесью гексан-эфир-уксусной кислоты при соотношении 35:15:1, после чего выделяют фосфатидилэтаноламин последовательно хлороформ-этанолом при соотношении 1:1 и хлороформ-этанол-концентрированным водным аммиаком при соотношении 1: 1,5: 0,14, а затем фосфатидилхолин хлороформ-этанол-концентрированным аммиаком при соотношении 1:1,5:0,28.The invention relates to food, medical, pharmaceutical and perfumery and cosmetic industries, and in particular to methods for producing a complex of phospholipids. The method involves grinding raw materials, extraction of total lipids with organic solvents, separation of non-lipid impurities by washing the extract and precipitation of phospholipids, while extraction of total lipids is carried out from herring eggs or industrial waste of bivalve mollusks with a mixture of chloroform and ethanol, and separation of non-lipid impurities is carried out by washing the extract 0.5-0 , 7% aqueous solution of calcium chloride, then impurities are precipitated by dissolving the total lipids in hexane in a ratio of 1: 5 - 1: 6, after which the solution is mixed, defend, the precipitate of impurities of total lipids is removed by centrifugation, the hexane solution is evaporated, the dry residue of phospholipids is purified from impurities by redissolution in chloroform and precipitation of phospholipids with acetone at a ratio of chloroform extract and acetone of 1: 6 - 1: 8, then the resulting solution is defended, filtered, the precipitate is washed acetone, dried, and the dry residue is dissolved in chloroform and phospholipids are again purified from impurities by chromatography on a column of aluminum oxide with hexane-ether-acetic acid mixture at a ratio of 35:15 : 1, after which phosphatidylethanolamine is sequentially isolated with chloroform-ethanol in a 1: 1 ratio and chloroform-ethanol-concentrated aqueous ammonia at a ratio of 1: 1.5: 0.14, and then phosphatidylcholine chloroform-ethanol-concentrated ammonia at a ratio of 1: 1 5: 0.28.
