The invention relates to Microbiology, namely to methods for producing bacterial preparations from bacteria of the genus Bacillus, and can be used in the production of bacterial preparations for veterinary medicine, medicine and other purposes, where spore-forming aerobic bacteria of the genus Bacillus are used. The technical result is the possibility of obtaining a large number of bacterial preparations from bacteria of the genus Bacillus with minimal material and labor costs, on nutrient media from readily available substrates, without the use of freeze drying. The technical result is achieved by the fact that bacteria are cultivated at 35-37 o C for 4 days with continuous aeration in one of two liquid nutrient media of the following composition, g / l: enzyme peptone 20.0-30.0, magnesium sulfate 0.1 -0.15, water up to 1 l; or reverse dry 20.0-30.0, sodium chloride 0.4-0.5, water up to 1 l, pH of both media 7.3 ± 0.2. Sowing produce heated at 80 ° C for 20 min the culture fluid of one of the previous generations in the amount of 1-2% of the volume of the inoculated medium. The spore suspension directly obtained in the culture fluid is used as a bacterial preparation to be stored without freeze drying. Thus, the proposed method allows to obtain bacterial preparations in any bacteriological or veterinary laboratory with minimal production costs.
