- Изобретение относится к рекомбинантным молекулам ДНК, состоящим из области промотора, гомологичного Dictyostelium discoideum гетерологичной последовательности ДНК, копирующей пептид, гомологичный Dictyostelium discoideum, способной функционировать как последовательность лидерного пептида, расположенной перед промотором и в соответствующей с ним рамке считывания, области терминации, гомологичной Dictyostelium discoideum, последовательности гетерологичной ДНК, кодирующей заданный функциональный полипептид или его посредник, причем указанная последовательность ДНК расположена после промотора и указанная область терминации расположена за последовательностью ДНК. Изобретение также предусматривает создание рекомбинантных хозяйских клеток Dictyostelium, а также способы получения рекомбинантных молекул ДНК согласно изобретению и способы экспрессии рекомбинантных полипептидов, кодируемых указанными рекомбинантными молекулами ДНК в хозяйских клетках Dictyostelium. В частности, изобретение относится к экспрессии белка ОС Plasmodium falciparum.
