Устройство относится к стекольной промышленности и предназначено для варки всех видов стекол, кроме кварцевого. Предлагаемое конструктивное решение заключается в том, что объемы газопламенного пространства зоны стеклообразования и осветления и объемы бассейнов этих зон связаны соотношением (0,9 - 0,6) : (1,0 - 1,5) : (0,6 - 1,0) : (3,0 - 4,0). В результате принятой связи удалось выбрать оптимальные по размерам объемы этих зон, обеспечивающие интенсивное растворение зерен кварца в зоне стеклообразования и бурное выделение газовых включений на осветленном лотке. Принятые конструктивные решения позволяют увеличить все основные технико-экономические показатели прямоточной печи: удельный съем, тепловой КПД печи, улучшение качества стекла.The device relates to the glass industry and is intended for cooking all types of glass, except quartz. The proposed constructive solution is that the volumes of gas-flame space of the glass-forming and clarification zone and the volumes of the basins of these zones are related by the ratio (0.9 - 0.6): (1.0 - 1.5): (0.6 - 1.0 ): (3.0 - 4.0). As a result of the adopted communication, it was possible to choose the optimal sizes of these zones, providing intensive dissolution of quartz grains in the glass formation zone and rapid release of gas inclusions on the clarified tray. The adopted design solutions allow to increase all the main technical and economic indicators of the direct-flow furnace: specific removal, thermal efficiency of the furnace, improvement of glass quality.
