Claims (1)

  1. Для уменьшения скорости коксообразования во время промышленного пиролиза углеводородов внутреннюю поверхность труб реактора покрывают тонким слоем керамического материала, который осаждают посредством термического разложения металлоорганического соединения кремния, не содержащего кислород, в паровой фазе, в инертной или восстановительной газовой атмосфере для уменьшения образования окисной керамики.
