Claims (1)
- Для бурения искривленного подземного ствола скважины предлагается устройство для бурения по кривой, выполненное с возможностью использования с бурильной колонной для вращательного бурения. Устройство содержит средство направления кривой, долото для вращательного бурения, устройство для создания неуравновешенной силы и опорный узел. Средство направления кривой может быть соединено с бурильной колонной с возможностью отклонения бурильной колонны в направлении к наружному радиусу искривленного ствола скважины. Устройство для создания неуравновешенной силы, которую предпочтительно создают путем выбираемого расположения режущих элементов на долоте, можно вращать вместе с бурильной колонной для создания результирующей неуравновешенной силы, действующей по вектору, перпендикулярному к продольной оси долота, во время бурения. Опорный узел выполнен с возможностью вращения вместе с бурильной колонной и расположен в устройстве для бурения по кривой вблизи режущих элементов долота с возможностью пересечения с плоскостью действия силы, образованной продольной осью долота и вектором результирующей неуравновешенной силы, и с возможностью непрерывного контактирования со стенкой ствола скважины во время бурения. Опорный узел предпочтительно имеет гладкую износостойкую поверхность скольжения. Средство направления кривой содержит оправку, установленную с возможностью вращения в корпусе. На заднем (верхнем по ходу ствола) или переднем (нижнем по ходу ствола) конце оправки может быть установлено контактное кольцо для контактирования со стенкой ствола скважины и восприятия радиальной составляющей силы, создаваемой (составляющей) путем отклонения бурильной колонны у конца оправки. К концу оправки вблизи контактного кольца может быть присоединено гибкое сочленение для бурения искривленных стволов, имеющих малый радиус кривизны.
