Claims (1)

Использование: при изготовлении гнутых профилей, преимущественно с угловым поперечным сечением. Цель: экономия металла при изготовлении профилей с сохранением их жесткости в продольном направлении. Способ изготовления профилей, преимущественно угловых, включает предварительную гибку полосы, образуя плоский участок на середине ширины полосы с двумя переходными криволинейными участками между элементами заготовки, а затем окончательную ее гибку путем приложения нормальных и тангенциальных усилий к элементам заготовки. В процессе предварительной гибки полосы дополнительно образуют прямолинейные участки на краях полосы, параллельные прямолинейному участку, расположенному в середине полосы, с двумя дополнительными переходными криволинейными участками между элементами заготовки, причем по мере приближения к готовому профилю длина прямолинейных параллельных участков уменьшается.
