Изобретение относится к литейному производству, в частности к изготовлению многослойных форм по выплавляемым моделям. Оно направлено на решение задачи повышения качества поверхности отливок за счет устранения дефектов типа шаровидных и червеобразных приливов. Кроме того, изобретение позволяет повысить удельную прочность форм. Сущность настоящего технического решения заключается в том, что лицевой слой формы, т.е. слой, прилегающий непосредственно к модели, наносят из суспензии огнеупорного наполнителя в кислом водном растворе ПАВ или в кислом водноорганическом растворе. Этот слой, не обсыпая огнеупорным материалом, подсушивают по крайней мере 5 мин, непосредственно на него наносят слой с этилсиликатным связующим, последующие слои формируют также из суспензии с этилсиликатным связующим со слоями из суспензии для лицевого слоя.The invention relates to foundry, in particular to the manufacture of multi-layer investment casting molds.
