The proposed boot is a half-cut oigurn oo shell, which differs from the analogue (felt boots) in the form of the shaft and the presence of a cut on it, and from the prototype - the material of the boot and its design features (monolithic). A detachable element is fastened on both sides of the cut - fastened: a zipper, Velcro, a set of hooks, buttons, etc. The sole of the boot has, as a rule, a rubber, nylon or other waterproofing coating, similar to that used in the manufacture of felt boots.

The thickness of the felt shell, used additives and broaches can significantly improve the heat-shielding properties of the boots compared to the prototype. The increase in the service life is ensured by the mechanical strength of the felt felt and the integrity of the top and sole. The improvement of the technology and equipment for felting and felt production, as well as its huge raw material base (sheep wool of any grades and types) makes it possible to reduce the cost of manufacturing boots, save scarce materials, and expand the raw material base of this production. A variety of exterior finishes: painting, impregnation, applications, etc. provide the creation of comfortable, elegant and at the same time cheap winter boots, in which tens and hundreds of millions of people are knotted, especially teenagers and women in countries with cold weather.
