Abstract

Полезная модель относится к производству облицовочных материалов и может найти применение в строительстве для облицовки внутренних и наружных стен зданий и сооружений, а также для украшения интерьеров помещений различного назначения. Задачей, на решение которой направлена заявленная полезная модель является создание облицовочной плитки, отличающейся прочностью, долговечностью, способностью прочного соединения с облицовываемой поверхностью, удовлетворяющую высоким санитарно-гигиеническим требованиям при отличной декоративности. Технический результат достигается за счет того, что облицовочная плитка для фиксации мокрым методом, включает стеклянную пластину с декоративным покрытием в виде печатного изображения нанесенного на негигроскопичный материал (бумагу) и защитным слоем, причем декоративное покрытие и защитный слой нанесены на тыльную сторону плитки, предназначенную для крепления к облицовываемой поверхности. В предпочтительном варианте исполнения пластина выполнена из жаропрочного стекла. В качестве защитного слоя используется состав, включающий полимерное связующее, цемент и промытый песок. В качестве негигроскопичного листового материала используется ламинированная бумага или полипропиленовая бумага.The utility model relates to the production of facing materials and can be used in construction for facing the internal and external walls of buildings and structures, as well as for decorating the interiors of premises for various purposes. In a preferred embodiment, the plate is made of heat resistant glass. As a protective layer, a composition is used, including a polymer binder, cement and washed sand. As non-hygroscopic sheet material, laminated paper or polypropylene paper is used.

Известна облицовочная стеклянная плитка с декоративным покрытием, выполненным цветной печатной краской (Заявка РФ 92004450, 1992 г). В известной конструкции на стеклянную пластину наносится печать в виде слоя с рисунком, выполненным цветной печатной краской или глазурованной эмалью, на который с помощью прозрачной смолы наносится отражающая металлическая пленка для создания голографического эффекта. Известная плитка отличается высокой декоративностью, однако ей присущ ряд недостатков. Тыльная поверхность плитки обладает низкими адгезионными качествами, поэтому известная конструкция не обеспечивает прочного крепления плитки мокрым методом. Для ее фиксации можно использовать сухой метод, т.е. крепление с помощью специального скотча, однако такое крепление ненадежно и небезопасно и может привести к травматизму в случае отклеивания и падения плитки. Возможен вариант крепления с помощью дополнительных крепежных приспособлений, но это приведет к значительным трудо- и материальным затратам.
