Abstract

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The hip prosthesis contains a bandage belt, a sleeve, a supporting power frame with a stump socket and a foot. The supporting frame is completely made of parts of the axillary crutch, its aluminum alloy tubes, namely one central tube with holes for fixing the position, a second tube of smaller diameter inserted into it with a push-button spring lock and peripheral tubes of smaller diameter of different lengths, bent to fit the size of the stump, mounted coaxially on the top of the central tube using bolts with nuts and forming a cone-shaped frame of the stump socket, into which a cone-shaped roll sleeve made of linoleum is tightly inserted and fixed, fastened with coils of scotch tape. Изобретение относится к протезам бедра. Имеется несколько изобретений, использующих костыли. В основном они предназначены для инвалидов с дефектами культи. Наиболее интересным из них является изобретение по а. с. СССР №1503809 от 30.08.1989. В нем только один недостаток - для ходьбы нужно использовать еще одну руку. Предлагаемый же протез изготовлен из деталей и узлов костыля и должен подходить для всех инвалидов без дефектов культи.The invention relates to hip prostheses. На представленном рисунке Фиг. 1 изображены узлы предлагаемого протеза. Опорно-силовой каркас протеза полностью собран из деталей подмышечного костыля, его легких трубок алюминиевого сплава. Тонкие трубки костыля, на которых укреплена опорная ручка, отделены от центральной трубки, и из них нарезаны и изогнуты под размер культи трубки культеприемника 5, которые кооксиально закреплены на верхнем конце центральной трубки 1 болтами и гайками 6. Верхние концы трубок культеприемника дополнительно стянуты пластиковым бандажом 14. Центральная трубка 1 разрезана под коленный сустав с резиновой прокладкой 12. Выше и ниже разреза 12 закреплена цилиндрическая пружина 13, которая позволяет сгибать протез при надевании.
