The application describes a guide for a drawer or shelf. The specified guide is installed in a housing with vertical perforated cells made on the side surface of the furniture housing, and contains a rail guide and a movable guide, contacting each other in the axial direction by means of bearings mounted movably in the radial direction on the axes fixed at the front end of the rail guide and the rear end of the movable guide. At the rear end of the rail guide, a stop is made for fixing the drawer or shelf in the closed state, and at the front and rear ends of the rail guide, hooks are made for insertion into the perforated cells. The specified guide is characterized by the fact that it is made with the possibility of fixing from a previously perpendicular position with respect to the wall with the possibility of rotation for fixing, and in the fixed position of the guide, the hooks with their protrusions lie on the lower shelf of the next cell of the furniture body, located above.

Description

The invention relates to a slide for a drawer or shelf provided with such a slide. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rail consisting of two elements: a rail which is attached to a furniture body and a movable rail which is attached to a drawer or shelf.

Numerous embodiments of this type of drawer / shelf slide are known. In this case, in most cases, for fastening the rail / guide, it is necessary to spend time to correctly mark the fastening of the rail and drill holes for the fastener, as well as incur additional costs for the fastener itself. Also, in most pull-out systems, the sliding bar / rail is mounted on the side of the drawer, which reduces the working space of the furniture. The installation process becomes time consuming, since it is necessary to comply with all dimensional characteristics.

In particular, the guides can be, in many cases, a set of specially shaped metal strips with bearings. The guide for the drawer contains a rail made with the possibility of attachment by means of a hook to the furniture body, equipped with a perforated strip with cells, and a movable guide made with the possibility of attachment to the drawer. The movable rail moves relative to the rail by means of two bearings. Thanks to the latter, sliding of one bar on the other is achieved, respectively, the extension of the box and its reverse movement. By its presence, the movable rail blocks the possibility of removing the rail from the furniture body. The extension stroke of the movable guide is limited by the end stop, which is equipped with the rail guide.

A metal guide (2) for a drawer (6) is known from JP 2020031697 A, which is installed in vertical perforated cells (441), made on the side surface (41) of the furniture body (Figs. 1-8), into which the hook (24) is inserted. rail guide. In this case, to implement the engagement of the protrusions (24) of the guide (2) (front (24a) and rear (24b)) in the perforated cells (441), the rail (2) is installed at an acute angle to the plane of the furniture body (Fig. 6a), then the hooks (24) of the guide are inserted into the cells (441) of the body at the front and rear and then the rail is rotated until the rail (2) stands parallel to the plane of the furniture body and lowers it down (Fig. 6b). To remove the rail (2), it is necessary to turn the rail (2) around its axis until the protrusions become accessible for the outlets from the cells, and move the rail to the side. In this case, a sliding sheet (25) is made on the guide, for moving the movable guide of the drawer along it.

The disadvantage of this solution is that the hooks can move in the cell in the vertical direction, that is, the connection is not absolutely rigid and immovable. In addition, in the above solution, there are no rollers or bearings that contribute to a smoother movement of the movable guide relative to the rail.

The objective of the present invention is to improve this type of guide for a drawer using the simplest design and technological means in order to significantly simplify installation / rearrangement to another level, without the use of additional fasteners, while ensuring the acceleration of the removal of the drawer and the reliability of fixing the guide on the body furniture.

This problem is solved using a guide for a drawer or a shelf installed in vertical perforated cells made on the side surface of the furniture body, containing a rail guide and a movable guide, contacting each other in the axial direction by means of bearings installed movably in the radial direction on the axes fixed at the front end of the rail and the rear end of the movable rail, and at the rear end of the rail there is a stop for fixing the drawer or shelf in the closed state, and at the front and rear ends of the rail there are hooks for insertion into the perforated cells.

The specified guide is characterized by the fact that in the fixed position of the guide the hooks with their protrusions lie on the lower shelf of the next higher cell of the furniture body.

In order to carry out the process of installing the guide, the rail guide is installed perpendicular to the plane of the furniture body, then the hook of the rail guide is inserted into the cells of the body in front and behind and the rail is rotated until the rail is parallel to the plane of the furniture body, and then it is lowered downward to implement the engagement of the guide hook on the furniture body, while the hooks with their protrusions lie on the lower shelf of the next higher cell of the furniture body.

The specified angle (perpendicular to the plane of the furniture body) characterizes the dimensions of the protrusion (front and rear) of the guide relative to the dimensions of the cell, namely, the height of the protrusion (or thickness) exceeds the width of the cell so that only turning the guide perpendicular to the furniture body allows the protrusion to be inserted into the cell. Such a design of the protrusions and cells ensures reliable fixation of the rail on the furniture body, blocking the possibility of its accidental release.

The process of removing the rail guide takes place in a similar way.

To do this, raise the rail upward to disengage it with the furniture body, then turn the rail guide around its axis until it becomes perpendicular to the furniture body, and move the guide to the side.

Thus, the process of installing / removing the rail is greatly simplified, since time is not spent on marking the installation / reinstallation and additional fasteners are not used.

To install a drawer or shelf, two structurally symmetrical guides are used.

The described constructive measures do not increase or insignificantly increase the cost of installing the guide for the drawer, at the same time, thanks to these measures, the process of mounting / dismantling the drawer is greatly simplified. This effect is especially noticeable in practice when assembling furniture.

Thus, the technical result is to simplify the installation / rearrangement of the rail to another level, without the use of additional fasteners, while ensuring reliable fixation of the rail on the furniture body.

Figure 1 shows the initial position for the installation of the rail.

Position 1 denotes a furniture body with pre-laid holes / cells 3. Rail 2 is set in such a way as shown in Fig. 1 so that the hook of the guide 4 is located against the hole in the body where you want to install the rail 2.

Figure 2 shows the process of planting the hook 4 into the perforated hole 3 of the furniture body. The hook 4 is inserted into the hole 3, after which the rail 2 rotates around its axis and the hook 4 with its protrusion rests on the lower shelf of the next hole 3 located higher in the furniture body 1. In FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of an installed rail for a drawer or shelf according to the present invention. The guide 2 is clearly fixed in the holes 3 of the furniture body 1.

Figure 4 shows a diagram of the installation of both guides, rail 2 and movable 6. With this design, the design feature is that the rail 2 is equipped with a stop 5 in such a way that the movable guide 6, reaching the stop 5, locks and the entire drawer is fixed in closed position.
