SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Invention provides the possibility of relieving the inflammatory and pain syndromes in arthritis and arthrosis for medical and preventive purposes both in medical institutions and at home. Foot orthoses of the knee joint includes a base made of hygienic elastic tissue with a through hole in the form of a circle for a patella in the middle part and fixed on the base with fixing elements in the form of textile Velcro fasteners. Base is made of hygienic elastic mesh fabric and consists of central part and side parts connected by seam with central part. Central part is made of two layers of external protective-fixing layer and inner layer in contact with human body. Perforated pockets for replaceable carrier-cartridges with medicinal herbs are crosswise fixed on the inner layer along the perimeter of the through hole. One side part comprises textile fastener elements fixed on outer side of article, and other - elements of textile fastener, fixed on the inner side of the product, an additional element on its outer side and two elastic links, fixed by one end in the connection point of the side part and the central part, and by other free end connected to each other and equipped with textile fastener element at connection point of ends of elastic links for interaction with additional element. At seams of connection of central part of base with side parts and along contour of central part between seams there additionally fixed are elements of textile fastener for fixation of removable moisture-absorbing roller for collection of excess moisture.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of fixing relative to the knee joint replaceable carrier-cartridges with collection of medicinal herbs intended for removal of inflammatory and pain syndromes in arthritis and arthrosis, and used for medical and preventive purposes both in medical institutions, and at home.

Phytoorthesis of the knee joint, including a base made of hygienic elastic fabric with a through hole in the form of a circle for the patella in the middle part and fixing elements fixed on the base in the form of Velcro textile fasteners, characterized in that the base is made of hygienic elastic mesh fabric and consists from the central part and side parts connected by a seam to the central part, and the central part is made of two layers of an outer protective-fixing layer and an inner layer in contact with the human body, while perforated pockets for removable media are crosswise fixed on the inner layer along the perimeter of the through hole - cartridges with the collection of medicinal herbs, while one side part contains elements of a textile fastener fixed on the outer side of the product, and the other contains elements of a textile fastener fixed on the inner side of the product, an additional element on its outer side and two elastic ides, fixed at one end at the junction of the lateral part and the central part, and with the other free end interconnected and provided with a textile fastener element at the junction of the ends of elastic ties for interaction with an additional element, while joining the central part of the base with the lateral parts along the seams and along the contour of the central part between the seams, elements of a textile fastener are additionally fixed to fix a replaceable moisture-absorbing roller for collecting excess moisture. 2.
