Abstract

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of keys. There is a mechanism to turn the key head rod through 180 degrees with fixation in two extreme positions: open or closed position of the lock. Fixation is ensured by elastic element, for example, spring, with ball, which provides better sliding of rod with head and pin, which is installed on rod of head and moves along curvilinear slot, allowing to turn head for half-turn, then rests. Key is installed in operating mode of the lock opening or closing. To indicate the turn position of the key head relative to the rod with barbs, there is a viewing hole through which two positions "open" and "closed", for example red and green color indication are visible.

EFFECT: creation of an improved key ensuring high consumer properties due to ease of use, visualization and additional protection of the door locking system.

Description

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to the production of keys.

A key is known whose opposite surfaces are completely coloristic (C1 2126077, publ. 02/10/1999). The use of a known key requires additional attention when positioning the key in relation to the lock. Performing color processing of key surfaces is not entirely effective. In addition, the use of the key does not provide information about its use (open or closed position of the lock). A known key with an identification system adopted for the prototype. An identification system is integrated in the key head, comprising a receiving opening for an identification card protected by transparent material. (A 2000110896, publ. 10.04.2002). A known key also does not provide information about its use (device status). In addition, the proposed design is difficult to manufacture.

The task to which the claimed technical solution is directed is to create an improved key that provides high consumer qualities due to ease of use, visibility and additional protection of the door locking system.

This problem is solved through the use of the mechanism of rotation of the rod of the head of the key 180 degrees with fixation in two extreme positions: open or closed position of the lock. Fixing is provided by an elastic element, such as a spring, with a ball that provides better sliding of the rod with the head and a pin that is mounted on the head rod and moves along a curved slot, allowing you to rotate the head half a turn, then rests. The key is set to the operating mode of opening or closing the lock. To indicate the rotation positions of the key head relative to the bar with the barbs there is an inspection hole through which two positions “open” and “closed” are visible, for example, a red and green color indication.

The core of the key 1 with barbs 2 and the head of the key 3 has a rotation mechanism 4, an elastic element (spring) 5, a thrust ball 6, a pin 7, a guide slot 8, a viewing hole 9, indication 10, 11.

When closing the entrance door to the apartment or house, we insert the key into the lock, turn the key head 3 to engage to close, thereby setting the color indication on the key, for example, green 10. The position is fixed under the influence of a spring 5, which prevents the head from being accidentally turned into another position. When opening the door lock, insert the key into the lock, turn the head of the key 3 half a turn in the opposite direction to engage the opening position, set the color indication on the key, for example, red 11. This position is also fixed under the influence of the spring 5, which prevents from accidental rotation heads 3 to another position. The configuration of the curved guide slot 8, under the influence of the spring 5, through the thrust ball 6, allows you to translate the locking pin position 7, in one of the extreme positions.

The present invention relates to additional protection of the front door on the basis of a reminder. The device shows the last use of the key: open or closed position of the lock. Just by looking at the key you can determine whether the front door is closed or not.

A key with an indicator, characterized in that it has a mechanism for turning the key head rod with locking in two extreme positions due to an elastic element with a stop ball, a pin and a guide slot, and a color indication of the key head rotation positions is visible through the inspection hole.
