SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shoe that has a sole with a toe portion, a heel platform and a gelled section located between them, and a foldable heel contained in the heel portion, in which also there is a button with a spring made of two cylinders, screwed into one boss, which when you press the button is shifted, so that the support rod, which rotates about an axis fixed in the heel part of the platform by means of a main spring adapted to allow limited movement of said support rod, rotates between a first position, in which it is under the heel part of the platform and is essentially in line with it on the same line to form a high-heeled shoe, and a second position in which the support bar (heel) is located substantially under the gel part of the sole in the opening made in this part.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of folding the heel into the sole, which is light and comfortable to wear, but is strong enough and stable to provide adequate support.

Description

Technical field

The invention relates to the field of shoe industry, namely to the design of shoes, adjustable heels.

State of the art

The currently known and closest analogue of the invention is a patent, the application number of which is 2007141866, filed April 17, 2006. There are also patents in the American database No. 2258265 (author Schwartz) and No. 4416072 (author Sargsyan). The solution proposed by Schwartz is unacceptable, since it requires that a woman carry various types of heels and attach those that she needs, each time changing their height. On the other hand, in Sargsyan's patents, the heel height does not actually change, but simply the inner sole of the shoe moves up or down relative to the fixed heel. This leads to a rather complicated design.

Patent on application No. 2007141866 only partially helps to achieve the task in achieving comfort, as a woman is forced to constantly manually change the height of the heel (disconnect the lower part along the axis from the upper, turn to the fore part, slide along the axis to the upper), moreover, the lower part of the heel does not hide anything, which can lead to injuries, since this part is easy to catch on foreign things when walking.

Thus, there is a need to create shoes with adjustable heel height, which is light and comfortable to wear, but at the same time strong enough, stable and safe.

Disclosure of the invention

The present invention is designed to overcome the above disadvantages of the prior art. The aim of the present invention is to provide shoes with height-adjustable heel of the shoe. In addition, these shoes should be lightweight, comfortable, durable and safe; have an attractive design and can be easily and quickly transformed from a low configuration to a high one and, conversely, without the need to use tools or remove any part of the shoe.

In accordance with explanatory embodiments describing the characteristic features and advantages of the present invention, there is provided a shoe that has a sole with a toe, heel and a gel part located between them. There are also 2 states:

1) high configuration in the form of shoes with heels (the heel took an upright position);

2) low configuration in the form of shoes on the platform (heel in a horizontal position - folded into the platform).

The transition from the 2nd position to the 1st is achieved by pressing the button, which actuates the mechanism on the spring, allowing you to bring the heel into a vertical position. The mechanism by which the shoe is transformed from a low position to a high one is attached to the heel of the platform and consists of a spring that extends the heel; the axial part with a support rod, which may be the heel itself; and a groove fixing a rotary movement.

Return to the 2nd position is achieved by mechanical action on the heel. The recess in which the heel enters by mechanical action is made in the gel part of the platform.

The support rod is made with the possibility of limited pivotal movement relative to the sole between the first position in which the heel is in line with the continuation of the heel of the platform and makes up the configuration of the high heel, and the second position in which the aforementioned rod (heel) is folded in the specified gel part soles and is essentially parallel to the ground, forming a low heel configuration.

A stopper in the form of a plate attached to the bottom of the platform allows the heel to stop in a position no greater than 90 degrees to the surface of the earth.

Other objectives, features and advantages of the invention will be easier to understand from the following detailed description of its preferred embodiment, made with reference to the drawings.

Preferred Embodiments

In all the drawings, the same reference numbers are used to denote the same elements. Figure 1 shows shoes with a folding heel made in accordance with the present invention, depicted in its first configuration or in the form of shoes with heels; 3 - in the second configuration in the form of shoes on the platform.

The proposed adjustable shoes essentially comprise the toe of the sole 1a; the upper part of the platform of the heel and gel parts 1b; directly to the platform of the heel and gel parts 2. The sole is an elastic element that can bend to the required angle, while being stiff enough to be used as a sole. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the sole 1b and 1a may have a different look, including being a single unit or two fastened parts. The essence of the present invention is to create shoes made with the possibility of folding the heel in the platform.

Folding heel 3 comprises a support rod 3a, which may be the heel itself. In this embodiment, the support rod is a separate part that can be attached to the heel by all methods known to those skilled in the art. In the support rod 3a there is a hole 3d made for fastening this rod on the axis 4. Also on this rod there is a groove 3e for one of the ends of the actuator spring 6 (one 6b of the ends of the spring is fixed in the support rod, the other end 6a of the specified spring is mounted in the platform 2 on the inside) and two grooves: groove 3b corresponds to the position of the heel in the assembled state of FIG. 8, the groove 3c corresponds to the position of the heel in the open position of FIG. 7. At the indicated grooves, chamfers are taken to synchronize the boss, button and heel. The heel is fixed due to the button 5, which fixes the heel in the grooves 3b or 3c, under the action of the actuator spring 6 mounted on the axis 4 of FIG. 5. The button consists of two cylinders: the left cylinder 5b, under which there is a spring 5a, which allows the button to be moved by compression, and the right cylinder 5d, fixed by a threaded or other connection in the boss 5c, which in turn is a heel lock. The button is assembled inside the base, into the technological holes.

Platform 2 in FIG. 12 is a monolithic part having a recess 2a for the heel 3, and two holes, one 2b for the axis 4, on which the heel and the actuator spring 6 are attached; the second 2c, for fixing the button 5 and the spring 5a. In addition, on the platform 2 there is a plate 8, which performs the function of stopping the heel when it rotates to the position of the shoe on the heel, as illustrated in FIG. 5.

Also, soft rubber shutters 7 or rigid with a return mechanism are glued to the bottom of the platform 2, they are most clearly seen in FIG. 15. The main function of these flaps is to protect the mechanism and the heel from dirt and give an aesthetic appearance.

The present invention can be implemented in other specific configurations, without going beyond the essence or main characteristic features of the invention, and, therefore, the appended claims, and not the above description, defines the scope of the invention.

Claims (11)

1. Shoes having a sole with a toe part, a platform of the heel part and a gel part located between them and a folding heel, contained in the heel part, in which there is also a button with a spring made of two cylinders screwed into one boss, which when pressed the button is shifted, so that the support rod, which rotates around an axis attached to the heel of the platform using the main spring, is made with the possibility of limited movement of the specified support rod, sov The rotation between the first position in which it is located under the heel of the platform and essentially is in line with it to form high-heeled shoes and the second position in which the support rod (heel) is located essentially under the gel part of the sole in the hole made in this part. 2. Shoes according to claim 1, in which the toe and gel parts can be connected with restraining means: vulcanized, glued into a common layer of another material, can also be made as a whole. 3. Shoes according to claim 1, in which the specified heel may consist of a support rod, which has a round hole for the axis around which the rotation is made, and the main spring, and the rest connected to it; also this heel and the support rod can be made integrally. 4. Shoes according to claim 1, in which there is a hole in the gel part of the platform, the shape of which is essentially the same as the perimeter of the heel, and when the heel is in the second position (shoes on the platform), the entire heel enters the specified hole. 5. Shoes according to claim 1, in which the indicated button has a boss with a radius greater than the other two components of the button, which makes it possible not to make rotational movements without pressing the specified button. 6. Shoes according to claim 1, in which on the upper surface of the support rod there are two grooves, and on the axis there is a spring located adjacent to the grooves, while the specified spring interacts with the support rod, so that when the support rod is rotated, one of the recesses into the boss, a component of the button that matches the radius of the specified grooves, and these grooves and boss are located to ensure that the support rod is in the first or second position when the groove enters the specified boss. 7. Shoes according to claim 6, in which the boss when located in the specified recess prevents unwanted axial movement of the support rod. 8. Shoes according to claim 4, additionally containing protective equipment (rubber flaps) designed to prevent foreign objects (dirt, etc.) from entering the recess in the gel part. 9. Shoes according to claim 1, additionally containing a plate attached to the lower heel of the platform, and the supporting rod has an upper free end configured to interact with the lower surface of the plate and to prevent further rotation of the supporting rod by interacting with this plate. 10. Shoes according to claim 9, additionally containing means for attaching a button, an axis, a spring to the heel of the shoe. 11. Shoes according to claim 10, in which the indicated fastening means and the parts themselves contain, including threaded screws, and threaded holes made in the heel.
