Description

The invention relates to sports equipment, in particular to devices for training athletes in shock and universal martial arts, can improve the effectiveness of training by improving attacking and defensive actions.

A device for training athletes is known that contains a ball to which shock absorbers are attached from different sides, one of them is attached with its free end to the bracket up, the other at the same distance to the floor. Hitting the ball makes it move back and forth. The same rubber ball is strengthened in a horizontal position. However, the known device does not allow simulating during training situations in which either the hand (s) of an athlete, such as a boxer, is caught by the opponent (“holding, clinching”), or the leg, such as a karate, is in the opponent’s block.

The closest in technical essence is a device (simulator) containing a mannequin to which shock absorbers are attached from different sides, one of them is attached with its free end up to the bracket, the other - at the same distance - to the floor. The dummy vibrates horizontally, striking the dummy makes him move back and forth. The same dummy on the shock absorbers is strengthened in a horizontal position. Left and right punches are improved on it from the bottom; short, direct punches (uppercut mannequin) can also be performed. The rhythmic movements of the dummy force the athlete to maintain pace, strike with a certain force and frequency. The specified technical result is achieved in that the device for improving the technical and tactical actions, containing a mannequin with shock absorbers, with which it is fixed in a vertical or horizontal position according to the invention, is equipped with two frames containing racks and crossbars, each of the frames is mounted for rotation around an axis the corresponding rack attached to the wall, the free racks of each of the frames are brought together and secured with removable clamps, the number of mannequins is selected at least 4, they are distributed Lena pairwise to each frame, one of the pair of frames arranged in parallel manikins attached vertically between the floor and the cross bar with the possibility of changing the distance therebetween, another pair of parallel manikins attached horizontally between the uprights of the frame with the possibility of changing the distance between them and the floor.

The device consists of two rectangular vertically standing frames 1, (Fig. 1, 2), made, for example, of metal pipes of circular cross section, containing posts 2 and cross members 3. The magnitude of the convergence and divergence or parallel clearance, as well as the intensity of the pressure of the mannequins 9 and 10 to each other depend on the location of the connecting elements 7 in the corresponding holes of the horizontal mounting strips 4.

On the other frame (Fig. 3), two dummies 11 and 12 are mounted horizontally and independently from each other, for example, by two connecting elements 7 and shock absorbers 8 to the vertical mounting plates 4, while fixing the connecting elements 7 in the corresponding holes of the vertical installation plates 4, the mannequins 11 and 12 can be suspended so that they either touch each other along the entire length, or touch on the left and diverge on the right, or diverge on the left and touch on the right, or hang parallel to each other with a gap. The magnitude of the angles of convergence and divergence or parallel clearance, the intensity of the pressure of the mannequins 11 and 12 to each other, as well as the height of their location above the floor level depend on the location of the connecting elements 7 in the corresponding holes of the vertical mounting strips 4.

The device allows training of two athletes simultaneously, acting independently of each other. One of the athletes is located in front of the frame with vertically arranged mannequins 9 and 10, the other is in front of the frame with horizontally located mannequins 11 and 12, after which both athletes begin to carry out training exercises, striking with their hand (s) and / or foot (s) at appropriate mannequins. At the same time, horizontally located mannequins 11 and 12 allow the athlete to practice attacking and / or protective actions with his hand (s) and / or foot (s) above and / or below, which distinguishes horizontally located mannequins 11 and 12 from traditionally located vertically mannequins 9 and 10 .

The use, for example, of double dummies having at least 2 connecting elements and two shock absorbers on each side, located both vertically and horizontally, and the possibility of obtaining gaps of different sizes and configurations between them, allows the athlete to perform exercises strike with hand (s) and / or foot between mannequins 9 and 10 or 11 and 12, improving attacking actions in the depths of the body. In this case, the arm (s) and / or leg are pushed apart by mannequins 9 and 10 or 11 and 12 and are sandwiched between mannequins, which tend to restore their original position under the action of shock absorbers 8.

In this way, situations are simulated in which either the hand (s) of an athlete, such as a boxer, is caught by the opponent (“holding”), or the leg, such as a karate, is in the opponent’s block.

After training on the device, its frames are parted along the walls for the more rational use of the gym area, for which clamps 6 are removed and the frames are deployed in the corresponding brackets 5. In case of limited space, the device can be made with one frame, varying the position of the mannequins in vertical or horizontal position .
