Abstract

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: magazine includes box frame and box-like extension. At the lower end of housing there are folds, and in upper part of the extension on inner surfaces of its lateral sides there are grooves intended to accommodate folds. One of folds with its rear surface contacts with mating surface of the posterior wall of corresponding groove of extension. Over one groove a bevel is made. Rear wall of extension contains uniform discharge, and the lower end of the extension there are folds, identical to folds arranged on the lower end of the housing.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying and improving the reliability of magazine, as well as expansion of its functional capabilities.

Description

The invention relates to the field of small arms, namely to box magazines for the supply of cartridges.

A well-known small arms store (patent RU No. 2158890, class F41A 9/65) containing a box-shaped case with a receiver, inside of which there is a hollow box-shaped feeder with two rammers pivotally mounted on it. On the walls of the housing rigidly mounted separators of cartridges, made in the form of diamond-shaped protrusions, forming two single-row channel in the receiver. The rebuilding and supply of cartridges is carried out forcibly in the area of diamond-shaped protrusions having lower faces displaced relative to each other.

A disadvantage of the well-known store of increased capacity is the complexity of its design, which reduces the reliability of work, as well as the significant dimensions and weight of the device.

A well-known store for small arms (patent RU No. 2071585, class F41A 9/65, 9/69), taken as a prototype, containing a box-shaped case with bends at the lower end and two feeders with springs, one feeder made in the form of a two-row, and the other is in the form of a single-row and the feeders are spring-loaded with each other by the spring of a single-row feeder.

The known device has an increased size of the store in width, which leads to an increase in the size of the handle of the weapon and to the deterioration of orthopedic characteristics. In addition, the high complexity of the design and the frictional forces that occur when rearranging cartridges from a double row to a single row, significantly reduce the reliability of the known device and complicate the process of equipping the magazine with cartridges.

The objective of the claimed invention is to simplify the design of the store, increase the reliability of its operation and improve the orthopedic characteristics of weapons.

The problem is solved in that the small arms store, containing a box-shaped case with bends at the lower end, a feeder and a spring, is equipped with a box-shaped extension, moreover, grooves are made in the upper part of the extension on the inner surfaces of its lateral sides to accommodate bends of the store’s case with the possibility of interaction of at least one of the bends with its rear surface with the counter surface of the rear wall of the corresponding groove of the extension cord, while at least one of the grooves of the extension cord the bevel is full, and through discharge is performed on the rear wall of the extension. At the lower end of the extension, bends are made identical to those at the lower end of the housing.

The claimed device has a simple and reliable design. In addition, the claimed store has advanced functionality and can be used both in the usual version and in the version of increased capacity. The presence of a box extension allows you to increase the capacity of the store while maintaining the dimensions of the weapon in width, which improves the ergonomic characteristics of the weapon. Performing grooves in the upper part of the extension to accommodate body bends and beveling at least over one of the grooves allows the store to quickly transform into a state of increased capacity and vice versa. Performing through discharge on the rear wall of the extender facilitates this store transformation process. The placement of at least one of the bends of the housing in the groove of the extension cord with the possibility of interaction with its rear surface with the counter surface of the rear wall of the corresponding groove of the extension cord increases the reliability of the connection of the extension cord to the magazine case. The presence on the lower end of the extension cord of bends identical to the bends on the lower end of the housing allows the use of one cover for both conditions of the magazine: with or without an extension cord.

The store contains a box-shaped case 1 (Fig. 1), a box-type extension 2 (Fig. 2), a feeder 3 (Fig. 1), a spring 4 and a cover 5. At the lower end of the case 1 (Fig. 3) there are bends 6, and in grooves 9 are made on the upper part of the extension cord 2 on the inner surfaces 7 and 8 of its sides to accommodate the bends 6 of the housing 1 with the possibility of interaction of one of the bends with its rear surface 10 (Fig. 4) with the counter surface 11 of the rear wall of the corresponding groove 9 of the extension cord 2 . Bevels 12 (grooves made only above one of the grooves in the drawing is not shown). At the lower end of the extension 2, bends 13 are made identical to the bends 6 on the lower end of the housing 1, and in the cover 5 there are grooves 14 for accommodating the bends 13 of the extension 2 or the bends 6 of the housing 1. On the rear wall of the extension 2 there is a through discharge 15. In the cover 5 (FIG. 2), a through groove 16 is made for accommodating the lower end 17 of the spring 4 therein.

The device operates as follows.

To increase the capacity of the store, it is necessary by drowning the lower end 17 (Fig. 1) of the spring 4, withdraw it from the groove 16 of the cover 5 and remove the cover 5 from the housing 1 of the store. Then remove the spring 4 from the housing 1 with the feeder 3. Insert one of the bends 6 of the store 1 case (Fig. 3) into the groove 9 of the extension 2. Insert another bend 6 of the housing 1 into the opposite groove 9, while the bend 6 will contact the bevel 12 while increasing the gap between the surfaces 7 and 8 of the side walls of the extension 2, covering the outer surface of the housing 1 of the store. To increase this aperture (i.e., to expand the cavity of the extension cord into which the magazine case is installed), through discharge 15 is made on the rear wall of the extension cable 15. After both bends 6 of the housing 1 enter the grooves 9 of the extension cord, the latter compresses the magazine case 1. The extension 2 is fixed due to the fact that when the extension 2 of the bends 6 of the housing 1 is placed in the grooves 9 (Fig. 4), one of the bends with its rear surface 10 abuts against the mating surface 11 of the rear wall of the corresponding groove 9 of the extension 2 (execution, in which both bends their rear surfaces abut against the mating surfaces of the rear walls of the extension grooves, not shown in the drawing). After installing the extension cord 2 on the housing 1 (Fig. 2), it is necessary to remove the cover 5 from the extension cord, insert the spring 4 with the feeder 3, and reinstall the cover 5 on the extension cord 2, inserting the end 17 of the spring 4 into the groove 16 of the cover 5. The increased capacity store is ready for use.

To transform the store to its original position, it is necessary by drowning the lower end 17 of the spring 4, withdraw it from the groove 16 of the cover 5 and remove the cover from the housing 1 of the store. Then remove the spring 4 with the feeder 3 from the housing 1. Move the extension 2 in the direction of arrow B, while unlocking it with the magazine case. Through discharge 15 (Fig. 3) allows you to increase the opening between the inner surfaces 7 and 8 of the side walls of the extension 2 and remove the extension from the bends 6 of the housing 1. Then you must enter the spring 1 with the feed 3 in the housing 1 (Fig. 1) and install the cover 5 having fixed the lower end 16 of the spring 4 in the groove 16 of the cover 5. The store is transformed to its original state and is ready for use.

A small arms store containing a box-shaped case with bends at the lower end, a feeder and a spring, characterized in that it is provided with a box-shaped extension, moreover, grooves are made in the upper part of the extension on the inner surfaces of its lateral sides to accommodate bends of the magazine case with the possibility of the interaction of at least one of the bends with its rear surface with the mating surface of the rear wall of the corresponding groove of the extension cord, while at least one of the grooves of the extension cord is beveled, and through discharge is provided on the rear wall of the extension cord. 2. Small arms store according to claim 1, characterized in that at the lower end of the extension cord there are bends identical to those at the lower end of the housing.
