The utility model relates to the design of devices for placing various urban information and advertising on city streets, in parks, exhibition towns, etc. Devices can be placed in office windows, shop windows and exhibition halls, on billboards, etc. The proposed information and advertising block is equipped with a backlight, so it can be used for additional decorative street lighting.

There are various options for the construction of blocks with backlight.

Famous Sign shining according to the patent of the Russian Federation on PO N43237 from 12.25.95., MKPO: 20-03, publ. in the Bulletin of PMPO N2 for 1997. The sign has a vertically oriented frame on which an elliptical screen and a flat rear wall are fixed. A light source is mounted between the screen and the wall.

Also known is the information desk, equipped with a backlight, according to the US patent for industrial design No. 357943, MKPO: 20-03, from 06/18/1993. A ball with a light source inside is mounted on a cylindrical rack.

In the certificate for utility model No. 6082, MKI: G09F 15/00, priority from 04.25.97. an advertising device is presented that contains two curved-shaped screens of translucent material, between which a light source is placed.

The well-known information and advertising block Solar company Cosign, 2000. The block contains rectangular acrylic glass on which a relief pattern or inscription is applied by laser engraving or milling cutter. One of the ends of the glass is fixed in the housing, which contains a fluorescent lamp, a throttle and a starter.

When the lamp is on, the glass is illuminated from the end, while the inscriptions and drawings begin to glow, creating an original effect of luminous letters and drawings.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the lack of protection against pollution, dust and precipitation, which over time worsens the reflection effect and therefore excludes the use of such blocks in street conditions. In addition, such a design limits the designer's ability to create a variety of visual effects, eliminates the possibility of placing removable information on the surface of the panel.

The closest solution to the proposed one can be considered the information and advertising block, protected by a utility model certificate No. 20688, IPC: G09F, 15/00, priority 5.07.2001. This block contains two glasses fixed in parallel, a relief pattern is made on the inner surface of one of them. The light source is fixed with the possibility of lighting the end surface of the information panel with a relief pattern.

Such a solution protects the dashboard from pollution, but the technology of applying the relief pattern itself complicates the design and limits design options.

The objective of the proposed solution is to create an original design of the information and advertising block, allowing

expand technological and design capabilities, as well as extend the life of such units.

To solve this problem, the following changes have been introduced into the information and advertising block, which contains parallel glass plates, an information carrier and a light source. The inner surfaces of the plates are made with a translucent mirror coating, the information carrier is mounted on the outside of one of the plates, in the same housing as the light source.

The information carrier may be removable, and the block itself may be made in the form of a double-glazed window of various shapes.

Such a design provides an original visual effect due to the multiple reflection of the image on the information panel from the surfaces of translucent mirror coatings.

The design of the proposed block is illustrated by drawings, which show:

The proposed advertising block contains a housing 1 (Fig. 1), in which two glass plates 2 and 3 are mounted parallel to each other. The inner surfaces of the plates 2 and 3 facing each other are made with a translucent mirror coating 4. On the outer surface of one of information media 5 is attached to the plates, and a light source 6 is mounted in the housing opposite the media.

On the information medium 5 can be placed any information, for example, alphabetic characters 7 (Fig. 2) or graphic images. The carrier 5 can be made in the form of a stencil, or in the form of signs applied

on a transparent film. The carrier 5 is removable, which will constantly update the information block.

The whole device can be made in the form of a double-glazed window, complemented by a housing with a light source b. In a double-glazed window several glass plates with a translucent mirror coating can be mounted.

As a light source, any incandescent bulbs can be used.

The device operates as follows.

The rays of light pass through the carrier 5, and then through the glass 2 and 3 and fall on the outer surface of the glass 3, on which the observer sees the information on the carrier. In this case, light rays are repeatedly reflected at different angles from the inner surfaces of first glass 2, and then glass 3, which are covered with a translucent mirror layer. When moving the observer along such a window due to a change in the viewing angle, the image will be repeated many times and “move with the observer.

A similar effect is more attractive to the consumer of information than any static picture.

To enhance the effect, a whole series of several such double-glazed windows can be formed. Perhaps their design in several rows (Fig. 3).

The proposed design can be used for window dressing shops, offices, exhibition halls and shopping arcades in stores.

The proposed solution significantly expands the design capabilities in the development of various information and advertising blocks.

The implementation of the removable information medium allows you to quickly update the information placed in the block.

The presence of the housing allows you to protect the elements of the unit from dust and other contaminants. The outer glass protects the information from precipitation. Glasses in a block can be larger than two, and on each can be placed a carrier with its original image, contrasting or complementing the image on adjacent media. One of the images can be used as a permanent and serve as a background for permanent or removable images on other media.

The shape of the blocks can be different - rectangular, round, curved.

The outer surface of the block, which provides protection of images from damage, can be additionally used for removable advertising information.

The proposed design allows you to diversify the decorative solution of information panels and at the same time organize information flows using the same decorative elements for information of a certain direction.

Thus, the proposed solution made it possible to create original media of visual information having a simple structure and standard units. The proposed blocks can be widely used on city streets, exhibitions, fairs and offices.

An information and advertising block containing a housing, parallel mounted glass plates, a storage medium and a light source, characterized in that the inner surfaces of the glass plates have a translucent mirror coating, the information carrier is mounted on the outer surface of one of the plates, and the light source is installed in the housing with the possibility of lighting information media.  2. The information and advertising block according to claim 1, characterized in that the glass plates are mounted in the form of a double-glazed window.  3. The information and advertising block according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that it contains an arbitrary number of glass plates.  4. The information and advertising block according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the information carriers are mounted on several glass plates assembled in a single glass packet.  5. Information and advertising block according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the block contour has an arbitrary shape.  6.
