Description

The invention relates to the field of methods for registering purchases of products by involving the final buyer in the registration of purchases.

A prerequisite for the development of this method of activating an identification tag intended for registration of purchases is the practice widely used by manufacturers to assign individual identification codes to a product at random, designed to collect statistics, reward customers, and verify the authenticity of goods. Examples are numerous marketing campaigns conducted with the aim of drawing prizes among buyers, carried out, for example, based on the results of purchases for the year. These actions are based on equipping the goods with an individual random code tied to a specific nomenclature of products manufactured by the manufacturer and providing the buyer with the opportunity to transfer the specified individual random code using communication tools to a device that reconciles the sent code with a database of generated codes. If the sent code is found in the database of generated codes, the buyer is provided with bonuses in the form of the ability to download mobile content, receive a certain amount to a mobile phone account, etc. In this case, the buyer's phone number is registered in the system database as the number of the registered buyer.

As a carrier of an identification code for many types of product groups, identification labels are used that contain non-repeating identification codes generated using the random number generation method. The disadvantages of this method is the possibility of theft of bobbins with identification tags when they are delivered from the printing house to the manufacturer in order to receive bonuses from the promotion or to apply fake products to them. The disadvantage is the need to produce labels for each stock and manufacturer individually, which increases the cost of production of identification labels.

The disadvantages are deprived of the method described in patent RU 2309453 C1 according to the application 2006100345109 of January 13, 2006. In the method, the administrator of the identification system makes and provides the manufacturer with a predetermined number of identification marks. Each label includes a character set consisting of the serial number of the label open for reading and an identification combination that is closed from visual perception by a protective agent. The manufacturer provides the administrator with descriptive information about items marked with tags that are stored in the manufacturer’s database. The person conducting the identification opens the protective device and, using the means of communication, sends the administrator a request indicating the serial number and identification combination. The administrator finds the identification combination in the database by the serial number and compares it with the identification combination specified in the request, if they coincide, sends descriptive information about the item to the person conducting the identification, based on which a conclusion is made about the authenticity of the item.

However, this method also has disadvantages. The disadvantage of this method is that part of the code becomes sequential and therefore predictable, which leads to the need to use more characters in the identification code, which is inconvenient when typing the code and leads to an increase in the cost of producing a shortcut. The disadvantage of this method is that the descriptive information about the items on which the label was placed is tied to the serial number of the label, which leads to the need to put an additional code on the identification label (label) intended for activation (under the activation of the identification label in the framework of this application it implies a procedure for linking the descriptive properties of the product to the identification code located on the label) of the label (label), or lengthening the code itself due to the part containing the ordinal number, which leads to an increase in the cost of its manufacture. At the same time, sending the serial number of the label along with the identification code significantly increases the time the customer types the code (due to the need to use a longer code), and it practically does not affect the direct selection from the database and the receipt of the response by the buyer, since any modern database server uses dynamic mechanisms indexing of the content, allowing to detect the presence or absence of the requested element in the database, without resorting to enumerating all its elements.

The objective of the invention is to develop a simple and convenient in practice method that allows for the registration of purchases by equipping products with individual identification tags containing an identification code, with a minimum cost of manufacturing the identification tag and the minimum cost of its activation.

The technical result is to simplify the manufacture of identification tags and the process of registering purchases, ensuring the speed of information search in the database of customers, the speed of distribution of goods by region, the frequency of purchases of products, etc., increasing the degree of protection against counterfeiting by eliminating the possibility of accidental or intentional activation labels by the personnel of the enterprise and their binding to a specific unit of the product / product, accurate quantitative accounting of labels applied to the product / product.

The technical result in the method of associating the descriptive properties of products with identification tags intended for registration of purchases, which consists in the fact that using computer technology the necessary number of identification codes generated by random number generation methods is generated and stored in the database, identification codes are applied to the identification tags in the sequence corresponding to the sequence of identification codes in the database, bobbins with identification tags before hint to the manufacturer for application on the product, it is achieved by indicating identification codes from two inconsistent labels from the reel with identification codes to obtain the identification code of the initial and final identification codes, which are entered into the database along with the item list, and the item is linked to all identification codes located in the database between the entered identification codes.

That is, the technical result is achieved by using the identification codes themselves located on the identification tags to activate the identification tag sequence and linking the descriptive properties of the products to the entire sequence of identification codes in the identification code database between the codes specified during the activation of identification tags.

The achievement of the technical result is demonstrated by the following example of its practical application.

The operator of the sales registration system, at the request of the manufacturer, using computer technology generates a database of identification codes in the required quantity. Identification codes are generated by random number generation, sequentially identifier by identifier and in the same sequence are entered into the database.

In the same sequence, identifiers are applied to identification tags, closed visually with an opaque protective scratch layer. The labels are then wound onto bobbins and transferred to the manufacturer. Thus, the identification codes in the reel with identification tags have the same sequence as in the database of identification codes.

The manufacturer also has a paper sheet containing a table consisting, for example, of the following columns:

The responsible person of the manufacturer, having received the reel with identification tags, unsticks the first identification tag from it and puts it in the first column of the paper sheet, in the column "Identification code (initial)". In the column “Product Name” the name of the item of the item on which the specified label should be applied is entered. In the column “Name operator-sticker ”, the data of the operator who is entrusted with applying the specified identification tags to the specified item is entered.

At the end of the shift, the operator-sticker returns the remnants of the reel with identification tags to the responsible person of the manufacturer. The responsible person of the manufacturer unsticks the first of the remaining identification tags and sticks it in the column “Identification code (final)”, then puts the list, certifying that the period of identification tags, between the labels pasted on the sheet, is applied to the indicated item list. The remainder of the bobbin can later be applied by the same or another sticker to any item in accordance with the above procedures.

Thus, to bind the descriptive properties of a product to a sequence of identification codes, identification codes of two inconsistent labels from the ID reel are indicated.

After filling out the sheet, the responsible person of the manufacturer connects to the server of the operator of the sales registration system and, using the software interfaces for activating the identification tags provided by the system, enters data from the table located on the above-described paper sheet. To do this, he erases the protective layer from all identification tags located on the paper sheet and enters the data line by line into the corresponding input fields of the system software interface. In this case, the input fields in the activation software interface correspond to the table fields in the paper sheet. When you enter the initial and final identification code and the item position, which is marked with the period of labels between the specified identification tags, the system associates the specified item with all identification codes located in the database of the system between the entered identification codes. That is, the entire sequence of identification codes located between the specified identification codes is automatically tied to the specified descriptive properties of the product. This is possible because the sequence of identification codes on the identification labels matches the sequence of identification codes in the database. Identification codes that were used to activate the period of identification codes are not tied to any nomenclature item. After the activation of the labels is completed, the system provides the manufacturer’s responsible person with information on the number of activated identification codes between each of the indicated pairs, which corresponds to the number of labels applied to the indicated item list. The responsible person of the manufacturer applies these data to the corresponding table columns in the paper sheet.

The use of identification codes for the activation of labels from the identification label also eliminates errors and abuses of personnel, since to activate the labels it is necessary to physically obtain a reel with labels.

Instructions on the procedure for registering the purchase of goods are applied to labels or on the packaging of goods next to the label, for example:

The product with the labels applied enters the distribution network.

After purchasing the goods, the buyer reads the instructions, removes the scratch layer from the multi-layer label and immediately, or at any other convenient time of his choice, sends an SMS with an identification code from his mobile phone, for example, “355098873 367”. The system processes the buyer's request and fixes the date and time of the request, the phone number of the buyer and the nomenclature of the product he purchased in its database. The manufacturer gets access to operational and statistical information about customers, the speed of distribution of goods by region, the phone number of the buyer who bought a specific copy of the product, the frequency of purchase of products, etc.

The buyer, in turn, also receives benefits by registering the purchase. For example, it can be a response message with information about the authenticity of the product, crediting the remuneration to the buyer directly to the mobile phone account from which the code was sent, extending the warranty period by several months, participating in the lottery, a discount on further purchases, etc.

An example of a reply SMS message to a buyer can be as follows:

“You have purchased the XXX appliance. The product is genuine and checked for the first time. As a bonus for checking, the warranty on the goods was extended until 12/17/2012. In response to re-checking the identifier intended for the buyer from the same phone, the system will send, for example, the following message:

Structurally, the marking printer consists of a block with an ink tank, control electronics, pumps supplying ink and solvent, and a print head flexibly connected to the block. The printhead of a drip jet printer consists of a droplet generator with a nozzle plate fixed to it, a charging electrode, deflecting plates, and a chute return tube. An ink jet exiting a nozzle 40, 60 or 75 microns in size breaks up into droplets under the influence of vibrations of a special piezo stock. When separated from the jet, the droplets receive an electric charge under the control of the charging electrode. Flying between the deflecting plates, which form an electrostatic field, the droplets deviate to a distance due to the received charge, and fall on the print surface. Thus, a vertical scan is performed. Horizontal scanning is carried out due to the movement of the marked product. The combination of all drops passing through the deflecting plates forms the necessary inscriptions and images on the surface of the product. Drops that do not deviate from the main stream enter the gutter tube, from which they are transported back to the ink tank by vacuum.

The head of the marking printer is mechanically fixed on the equipment for printing labels, at the point where the material on which the label is printed will pass in the working area of the print head of the marking printer. Labeling equipment in the context of this description refers to widely practiced printing methods, for example, flexographic and offset methods.

At the same time, a constant part of the contents is applied to the label printing equipment - labels, for example, the manufacturer’s logo, instructions on how the buyer applies the label, etc., and a code from the database is applied to the labeling printer.

Further, from above, the code can be covered with a masking tool - for example, an erasable scratch layer, a tear strip, etc.

If the width of the web of material allows you to accommodate several labels, then several instances of marking printers controlled by one or more computers are installed, while printing on each of the printers is carried out from its database.

For label printing, a roll of self-adhesive material is used, consisting of a substrate made of wax paper and a material with a surface intended for printing. The back of the material with the printing surface is equipped with an adhesive layer, with which the material is held on the substrate. The adhesive properties of the material with the printing surface are selected in such a way that it can be repeatedly glued and peeled off from the substrate without loss of adhesive properties, but at the same time it is firmly held on surfaces where a label from this material will be applied in the future.

Self-adhesive roll material is known and commercially available, for example, by Fasson Roll Materials (www.fasson.com).

Further, the label is cut out of the material using cutting knives manufactured commercially, see, for example, products of Kocher + Beck GmbH + Co. (www.kocher-beck.com).

After that, a roll with labels on the substrate is cut along the roll and wound into bobbins.

Due to the fact that printing codes on labels is performed sequentially from the database, the sequence of codes in the reel with labels and in the database is the same.

Reels are delivered to the manufacturer - the customer.

Each of the labels contains an absolutely random and never-repeated identification code, however, the sequence of random codes in the reel with the labels and in the database completely coincides.

This allows you to:

- accurate quantification of labels applied to products, completely eliminating the possibility of their theft (due to the unknown activation codes),

- reliable protection against fakes, due to the fact that each label is “tied” to a specific unit of production, and no one will see the verification code of the label before the buyer,

- print labels in any printing house without the risk of stealing a database of codes (at the printing stage it is impossible to determine which product a particular label will get to, - “linking” is carried out by the manufacturer).

The responsible person of the manufacturer, after receiving the reel with identification tags from the storekeeper, the shift master removes the first sticker from the reel and puts it on the register of issued labels in the “First label” column (see table below).

Next, the reel is transferred to the sticker.

Having finished the sticker on the product, the sticker returns the reel.

Structurally, the bobbin is designed so that it always remains at least one label.

The shift wizard glues the returned label to the statement in the column “Last label” (see table below).

At the time of entering label codes from one line of the sheet, the system shows (and remembers) the number of labels that should be applied to the product (corresponds to the number of codes in the database between the codes of the entered labels).

From the moment of activation, the labels become available for verification by customers.

The described method of activating labels allows the system operator to print labels in a combined print run for many manufacturers, which reduces the cost of printing. The method allows to significantly reduce the cost of production of an identification tag and simplify the procedure for registering a purchase by a buyer. So, with an average number of labels applied by 10 sticker operators in 5000 pcs., The cost of the label is 0.65 rubles. and the cost of applying an additional code of 0.10 rubles. the savings will be 50,000 * 0.10-10 * 2 * 0.65 = 5.987.00 rubles. in shift. In addition, the possibility of accidental or deliberate activation of labels by enterprise personnel is excluded, since identification codes are random and physical activation is necessary to activate labels.
