Description

The utility model relates to mobile animal grooming salons, including dog grooming salons.

The closest in technical essence is a mobile dog grooming salon (RU 149001, published 20.12.2014. Bulletin No. 35). A mobile dog grooming salon comprises a module, primarily in the form of a van, placed on a car chassis and having three compartments, one compartment contains a toilet, the main compartment contains and secures a dog grooming table with a hair dryer holder and a hair dryer, a chair for the master, a table on which a cash register and a personal computer are installed, a table on which a sterilizer and tool holder are installed, a dog washing bath with a pump and compressor for hydromassage, a flow heater and a boiler, a dog solarium, a lounge chair, a dog boarding cage, a trash can, an additional compartment contains a generator, a battery cabinet, an uninterruptible power supply, an inverter, a converter, and a ramp or gentle slope is installed for entering the van or car body, as well as a ramp and gentle slope for dogs to enter the bath located inside the salon.

The disadvantages of this technical solution include the inability of the vehicle to operate autonomously, it only works in the warm season, and the used clean water does not accumulate, but is poured out.

To eliminate the above mentioned shortcomings, a mobile pet grooming salon was developed.

The technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is to ensure uninterrupted operation of the mobile salon all year round, under any weather conditions. It also provides for the expansion of the arsenal of mobile salons. The vehicle equipment allows to fulfill any needs of the Customer. The category and permitted type of vehicle gives the vehicle access to travel on the roads of the Russian Federation, with a visit to the center of Moscow. Environmental friendliness of the vehicle - does not pollute the environment, as it has the fifth environmental class, an additional exhaust gas filtration system is installed on the generator, and the presence of a tank - a large capacity of gray water - makes it possible to drain the water only in a designated place.

The technical result is achieved in that the mobile animal care salon is made on the basis of a cargo-passenger vehicle, contains a table fixed in the salon, a hair dryer, a bath, a water pump, a water heater, a generator, batteries, an uninterruptible power supply, consists of three zones: a technical zone, a work zone and a driver's cabin, separated from each other by walls, while a sliding door is installed between the driver's cabin and the work zone, the technical zone, located in the luggage compartment, the entrance to which is carried out from the outside, includes a gasoline generator, a hot water pump and a cold water pump connected to the corresponding tanks, a system for uniformly distributing water in the tanks, a water heating system including a fuel water heater connected to the fuel system of the vehicle, a dirty water drainage system including a used water drain hose connected to the dirty water tank, an electrical panel with automatic control, a dust collection system, a pneumatic socket for which is located in the work zone, a hose with a filter for filling clean water, a wire for connecting the car to external power source, ventilation system, the work area includes a bath, under which there is a dirty water tank with a wool catcher tank and water drainage channels, a table, a drying chamber, a compressor hair dryer and a hand dryer, a ventilation system, an air heater, a heated floor of the work area, an outlet for the dust collection system, a control unit for all interior systems located on the wall above the door between the work area and the driver's cabin, the interior electrical network consists of a voltage converter, a generator, batteries, uninterruptible power supplies, a socket for connection to an external power source, the interior also contains 220 V sockets installed both in the technical area and in the work area, the electricity in which is controlled by a voltage converter, giving a load through a generator, batteries or an external power source, the interior walls are insulated and lined with sound insulation, while the luggage compartment has additional lining made of non-combustible materials.

The mobile pet care salon is based on a cargo-passenger vehicle with cold and hot water, independent electricity of three types: a generator with an automatic control unit connected via a voltage converter, which in turn distributes the load on electrical consumers and, depending on the tasks, connects the generator, high-power batteries and/or an external power source to work. The vehicle for providing services can be used all year round.

A mobile pet grooming salon can be used to provide comprehensive pet grooming services.

The mobile animal care salon is based on a cargo-passenger vehicle and consists of three zones: technical and working zones and the driver's cabin, separated from each other by walls. The entrance to the working zone is through a side sliding door. Also, a sliding door 12 is installed between the driver's cabin and the working zone.

The technical zone is located in the luggage compartment and is entered from the outside. The technical zone includes a gasoline generator 8, a hot water pump and a cold water pump connected to the corresponding tanks, a system for uniform distribution of water in the tanks, a water heating system, a dirty water drainage system including a hose for draining used water connected to the dirty water tank and having a ball valve (plumbing with a handle for opening and closing), an electrical panel with automation, a ventilation control unit, a dust collection system, an automatic fire extinguishing system, a hose with a filter for filling with clean water, a wire (15 meters) for connecting the car to an external power source, a ground cable attached to the right rear door of the car, which is connected to the generator during its use, a temperature, humidity, and gas smoke level sensor, which is installed in the luggage compartment and is responsible for the operation of the generator and timely notification, a trunk door locking system, and a video surveillance system.

The system of uniform distribution of water between tanks is a float system installed in hot and cold water tanks, a separate pump evenly distributes the water level in the tanks, thereby creating a uniform load on the car.

The water heating system is a fuel water heater connected to the vehicle's fuel system, connected via a control unit in manual mode or remotely, providing smooth heating of the hot water tank through copper tubes through which the pumped antifreeze passes.

The automatic fire extinguishing system is located on the ceiling in the luggage compartment and consists of a plastic hose with chemical powder inside, in the center of the hose there is a round metal sensor that is triggered automatically at high temperatures or is triggered by manual control, the system switch is located in the working area.

The 6.5 kW generator has an external exhaust system through a pipe inserted into a hole in the floor. The generator is fixed to the floor and has cable shock absorbers at the bottom.

The driver's cabin includes a driver's seat and a passenger's seat.

In the working area there is a table 3 with an electric lift, bolted to the floor, a bath 7, a dirty water tank 9, a wool catcher tank 6, a drying chamber 1, a ventilation system, an air heater, a heated floor of the working area, hair dryers 10, a dust collection system outlet 2, water drainage channels, a control unit for all cabin systems, located on the wall above the door installed between the working area and the driver's cabin.

Along one wall there is a bath 7 for washing and grooming, along the side walls of which there are tanks with hot 4 and cold 5 water, connected to each other. Pipelines for feeding water into the bath run from the hot and cold water tanks. Filler necks with lids are located on the right and left sides of the car walls. Water is poured into the hot and cold water tanks through a hose with an installed filter connected to a water source. The supply of hot and cold water is regulated by water pumps located in the technical zone. The pump located in the technical zone is responsible for the uniform distribution of water in the tanks, which is switched on by pressing a button located on the system control unit. The water heating system is located in the technical zone, the pipes of which are built into the hot water tank. The water heating control panel is located on the system control unit. When the buttons are pressed, the water heating system starts working, which has a programmed automatic shutdown unit when the set temperature is reached. The water heating system is switched on remotely from the control panel or manually.

Dirty water from the bath gets into the wool catcher tank 6 through a siphon, then through a pipe gets into the dirty water tank 9, located under the bath, which contains the volume of the hot and cold water tanks. The system of channels for water drainage is built into the floor of the working area. The channel is closed with a removable metal grate and has two through holes with built-in check valves. To drain the dirty water, a water drain hose is provided, which, upon arrival at the parking place, is connected to a technological hole located in the rear of the car, next to the exhaust pipe, and through the filtration system is drained into the well.

The wool catcher tank 6 is a box made of durable plastic with three internal partitions located at different heights, ensuring the capture of wool, which do not allow wool to get into the tank with dirty water. The box lid has a solid insert made of soft rubber, preventing water from pouring out, the lid is attached to the box by four tension mechanisms. Metal inserts for attaching water drain hoses are built into two walls of the box. At the bottom of the box there is a magnetic plate over the entire area. The box is fixed under the bath 7 with the help of a magnetic plate, as well as with belts for fastening to the wall. The design task of the box is to catch animal hair and prevent it from getting into the dirty water tank.

Drying chamber 1 is designed for gentle drying of cats, dogs of small and medium breeds. The drying chamber is mounted on a metal frame fixed to the floor in the working area.

Ventilation is available both in the working area and in the technical area. The ventilation system in the working area is divided into two types. The first type is an air conditioner installed in the roof of the car, controlled by a touch screen and remote control. The second type is exhaust fans installed on the ceiling. They are switched on forcibly with a button located in the working area. Ventilation in the technical area is divided into exhaust fans and supply fans installed on the ceiling. They are switched on automatically under the control of the temperature block when the generator is running. The ventilation control unit is located in the technical area.

Air heaters are located in the working area of the car and are divided into two types. The first type is electric, located above the sliding door, bolted, switched on manually. The second type is a diesel cabin heater, controlled remotely, located under the passenger seat with an air duct outlet in the working area.

The heated floor of the working area is made in the form of a system of heated floors filled with composite material. The heated floor is switched on manually using a button located on the control panel of the systems. The heating system is connected to a voltage converter and is connected to a priority power source.

There are two hair dryers in the working area. The first is a compressor hair dryer, fixed to the lid of the drying chamber, has two blowing functions and a rotary relay for adjusting the air flow power. The second hair dryer is a manual one, located on a holder for fastening to a table with an electric lift.

Dust collection system 2 is located in the technical area. The dust collector pipe is mounted in the right wall of the car and goes out into the working area. The electric hose of the dust collection system is connected through a special pneumatic socket, which is mounted in the wall on the left side at a height of 1.5 m next to the metal bath. The cleaning hose inserted into the socket closes the electrical contacts connected to the socket and automatically prepares the built-in vacuum cleaner. The operating voltage is only 24 volts. When not in use, the pneumatic socket is tightly closed with a valve.

The interior electrical network consists of a voltage converter, generator 8, storage batteries installed under the drying chamber and secured to a metal frame, uninterruptible power supplies, a 25 A socket built into the right side of the vehicle, which is connected by cable to the power socket of an external power source, and all of this is connected to the voltage converter.

220 V sockets are installed both in the technical zone and in the work zone; the electricity in the sockets is controlled by a voltage converter, providing a load through a generator, batteries or an external power source.

The voltage converter is represented by the MAP "Energy" converter, which is a powerful bidirectional inverter with a built-in intelligent microcontroller that provides automatic control of modes and, if necessary, communication with a computer. Several functions are embedded in one device:

a) a converter of direct voltage of a car battery (and, if necessary, a car generator) 12 V or 24 V into alternating voltage 220 V, with a frequency of 50/60 Hz, with a power of 4.5 kW;

b) an uninterruptible power supply for devices connected to a standard 220 V network (including personal computers) from the energy of car batteries and/or a car generator;

c) a starting and charging device for car batteries, powered by a standard 220 V network;

d) car battery restorer;

d) input for connecting solar modules or renewable energy sources with automatic distribution of electricity depending on the sources of consumption.

On the walls of the car (van) there is a shelf 13 and a mezzanine 11, designed to accommodate boxes with bottles of shampoo, gels and other cosmetics.

All the walls of the car are insulated and lined with soundproofing, the floor is filled with liquid rubber, the walls are made of composite materials. The luggage compartment has additional lining made of non-flammable materials.

The main LED lighting is installed in the working area of the car. Additionally, the working area lighting is installed, consisting of four removable lamps.

The work area is also equipped with an air filtration system with a UV lamp.

The advantage of the design is that this mobile salon is equipped with equipment that can operate smoothly in our climate conditions.
