Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к нейростоматологии, а именно к средству и способу лечения глоссалгии. The invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurostomatology, in particular to a means and method of treating glossalgia.
Известна методика лечения глоссалгии, где в качестве лекарственных средств используют внутривенное введение 1%-ного раствора никотиновой кислоты на физиологическом растворе (10 мл), начиная от 1 мл, доводят до 5 мл, затем снижают дозу в обратном порядке, внутримышечное введение витаминов В1 и В12 по 2 мл через день, успокаивающую микстуру, в состав которой входят настой травы пустырника 10,0-200 мл, настойка валерианы 10 мл, натрия бромид 4 мл, по 1 столовой ложке 3 раза в день, транквилизаторы по 1-2 драже на ночь, аппликации на язык мази на прополисе и дополнительно на болевые области языка воздействуют аппаратом ЧЭНС с силой тока до 45 мА 10-20 минут, ежедневно, курсом 10-12 сеансов (Борисова Э.Г. и др. Больная П., 54 лет (история болезни №5632), обратилась в клинику нейростоматологии с жалобами на жжение («язык посыпан перцем») кончика языка, периодическое чувство покалывания кончика языка, сухость полости рта, нарушение сна, постоянное состояние тревоги, плаксивость. Во время еды неприятные болезненные ощущения полностью исчезали. Считает себя больной в течение полугода. Данные ощущения появились после перенесенного стресса (смерть мужа). Ранее никакого лечения не проводилось. При осмотре - язык обычной окраски, сосочки не увеличены, чувствительность не нарушена. Больной был поставлен диагноз - глоссалгия, смешанная форма. Назначено:Example 1. Во время еды болезненные ощущения исчезали. У больной наблюдалась сухость во рту, в связи с чем были нарушены речь и сон, так как ночью она была вынуждена смачивать рот водой. Боль и жжение появились 2 года назад после перенесенного стресса. Ранее проводилась физиотерапевтическое лечение, аппликации с анестетиками на язык - без особого успеха, новокаиновые блокады. При осмотре - отмечается отечность языка, бледность слизистой оболочки полости рта, больная раздражительна, не верит в успех лечения. Поставлен диагноз:Example 2.
