Abstract

FIELD: tobacco industry, in particular, manufacture of non-smoking products from tobacco.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing tobacco leaves by predetermined process and extracting with carbon dioxide at above-critical parameters of extractant; mixing resultant extract with licorice root extract produced by extracting of licorice roots with liquid ammonia, with pectin, with sugar syrup as sweetening substance, calcium citrate and/or magnesium citrate, water and CO₂-extract of anise; preparing mixture at predetermined ratio of components and forming.

EFFECT: reduced losses of tobacco valuable components, improved organoleptical properties and increased shelf life of tobacco article.

Точность соблюдения соотношения указана с учетом норм расхода сырья и точности существующего дозирующего оборудования. Полученную смесь формуют, например в виде гранул, как традиционный водный насвай, от которого полученный продукт отличается выраженным пряным сладким вкусом и характерным ароматом табака с пряным оттенком. Вид листовых овощей, за исключением щавеля, не оказывает заметного влияния на свойства целевого продукта. При использовании порошка из листьев щавеля во вкусе целевого продукта появляется пикантная кислинка.
