Abstract

FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: shoe has top part blank and bottom part, which are secured one with another by mechanical, chemical or combined method. Top part blank is composed of interconnected inner and outer parts. Top part blank is provided with cuttings and substrates made from light-reflecting material or light-reflecting threads. Light-reflecting threads are arranged in cuttings and fastened on outer part of top blank or on layer by means of metal members, stitches, or such threads may be secured along cuttings by overstitching seam. Light-reflecting material or threads allow shoes to be light coded, for example at night, during crossing roads, etc. Such shoes may be worn by grownups as well as by children. Description

 The invention relates to the shoe industry and may find application in the manufacture of shoes for both children and adults.

 Known girls shoes, including a top blank and a bottom knot, bonded to each other, the top blank consists of external and internal parts and is supplemented with drop-shaped notches [1].

 The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is shoes, including the top blank and the bottom assembly, fastened together by a mechanical, chemical or combined method, and the top blank consists of external and internal parts bonded to each other, and notches are made on the top blank, supplemented substrates made of retroreflective material [2].

 The disadvantage of this analogue is in a rather complex technology and rather narrowly specialized use of reflective material, i.e., only between the layers.

 Apply the so-called color coding of shoes and clothes. At night, the color coding efficiency is reduced, then light coding is used.

 Known shoes with lighting devices.

 1. Shoes contain a top, a sole and a strip of material on which several light-emitting diodes are located at a distance from each other [3].

 2. Shoes contain front, back and two side sections. An illumination device is mounted to the rear portion of the bracket, containing a current source, to which at least one fiber-optic fiber with lateral illumination is connected [4].

 3. Shoes containing a flexible upper covering the upper part of the foot, a sole located under the lower surface of the foot and attached to its top, an electric light source mounted in the shoes so that the light is visible from the outside [5].

 4. Shoes, in front of which a lighting system is provided, contains a directional incandescent lamp mounted inside the bent portion of the tongue of the shoe, which has an opening for the light beam [6].

 5. Shoes contain a bottom assembly and a top blank, a light-focusing cord is installed on the side surface of the sole along the perimeter, the front surface of which is open, and the end of the cord on the back has an open cross-sectional surface [7].

 The disadvantage of these shoes [3, 4, 5, 6, 7] is its inconvenience in operation, since a battery is mounted in the shoes to provide a light source with energy, recharging, changing LEDs, etc. are required.

 The aim of the invention is to simplify the manufacturing technology of children's shoes with reflective elements.

 Another objective of the invention is to expand the range of materials used and increase the aesthetic perception of shoe elements.

 These goals are achieved by the fact that in shoes, including the top blank and the bottom assembly, fastened together mechanically, chemically or in a combined way, and the top blank consists of external and internal parts bonded to each other, notches are completed on the top blank, supplemented by substrates, substrates made of retroreflective filaments, the retroreflective filaments being located in the notches and fixed either on the outer part of the workpiece upper or on the lining.

 Another goal is achieved by the fact that the retroreflective threads in the notches are fixed to the outer part of the upper shoe using metal parts.

 Another goal is achieved by the fact that the retroreflective threads in the notches are fixed to the inner part of the workpiece top with a stitching seam.

 Another goal is achieved by the fact that the retroreflective thread is fixed along the edge of the notch on the outer part of the shoe upper with a stitching seam.

 According to the second variant, the edges of the notches are secured with a backing seam made with a retroreflective thread.

 Another goal is achieved by the fact that the notches are supplemented with substrates.

 The claimed technical solutions differ from the prototype in that the shoes use retroreflective threads or retroreflective materials to perform decorative design of the workpiece top.

 The shoes shown in FIG. 1-13, contains a blank of top 1 and a bottom assembly 2, perforations 3, retroreflective material 4, retroreflective thread 5.

 Shoes are made with cuts 3 on the top 1 blank, supplemented with retroreflective material 4 or retroreflective threads 5.

 The methods for attaching the retroreflective material 4 or the retroreflective threads 5 to the blank of the top 1 may be different.

 Methods of fastening retroreflective material.

 1. In the manufacture of shoes made of leather or non-woven material using a substrate 6 of retroreflective material 4, an adhesive, for example polyurethane, is used. To do this, glue is applied to the back of the outer part 7 of the blank 1 top, then retroreflective material 4 is applied and passed between the sized rollers or under a press at a certain temperature. To the outer part 7 of the workpiece of the top 1, the lining 8 is glued with the same glue and stitched along the edge with threads (Fig. 2; 3; 4).

 2. The retroreflective material 4 is glued with polyurethane adhesive to the upper side of the inner part 8 of the top blank 1. Then, the same glue is applied to the outer part 7 of the top blank 1, glued to the retroreflective material 4 and passed under a press or between size rollers at a certain temperature (Fig. 2, 3, 4).

 3. Retroreflective material 4 between the outer 7 and inner 8 parts of the workpiece of the top 1 is fixed with a thread 5 in a manual manner. To do this, between the outer 7 and inner 8 parts of the workpiece of the top 1, retroreflective material 4 is laid and stitched along the edge of the cuts with a stitching seam (Fig. 2, 3, 4).

 4. Retroreflective material 4 with the workpiece top 1 is welded by high-frequency welding (Fig. 2, 3, 4).

Shoes with notches supplemented with retroreflective threads 5 are made by the following methods:
1. Retroreflective threads 5 to the workpiece top 1 are attached using a method similar to that specified in [8], but using metal parts. For this, the outer part 7 of the workpiece upper 1 shoe is perforated (punctured), and then metal parts, for example, hooks 9, are inserted into these holes and riveted from the back. Then, on the inside of the part, the retroreflective thread 5 is pulled in the form of a web, fixing it on the “legs” of the hook 9. On the back side of the finished outer part 7 of the blank 1, for example, the inner part 8 of the blank 1 is glued with polyurethane glue and passed under a press or between the dimensional rollers (Fig. 5, 6, 7).

 2. In the manufacture of shoes with a retroreflective thread 5, the thread 5 in the notches 3 is fixed on the inner parts 8 of the workpiece top 1, using a needle with a large eye, while making a stitch on one side of the notch 3, thread 5 is carried on the opposite side, made stitch and return to the original side, etc. Thus, the retroreflective thread 5 is passed in the form of a web. On the inner part 8 of the top of the shoe 1, to insulate the foot from the pressure of the seams from the retroreflective thread 5, a lining 10 is glued and, at a certain temperature, passed through a press or between size rollers (Fig. 8; 9).

 3. The retroreflective thread 5 in the notches 3 is fixed to the outer part 7 of the workpiece of the top 1 along the edge of the notch by a manual method using, for example, a bundle needle [9]. The thread 5 is fixed in the form of a web similar to the method described above (Fig. 10, 11).

 4. The edge of the grooves 3 on the outer part 7 of the workpiece of the top 1 is sealed with a sewing seam with retroreflective thread 5 manually or machine using hollow needles similar to those described in [10]. For example, polyurethane adhesive is applied to the inner part 8 of the top blank 1, and the outer part 7 of the top blank 1 is applied, then passed under a press or between size rollers (Figs. 12, 13).

 Also, grooves 3 covered with retroreflective thread 5 can be supplemented with substrates.

 The notches shown in FIG. 2, 5, 8, 10, 12 are shown in the conditional image.

 Shoes made using retroreflective threads, materials, has enhanced decorative properties, increased safety, especially in the dark.

Claims (6)

 1. Shoes, including the top blank and the bottom assembly, bonded to each other mechanically, chemically or in a combined way, the top blank consisting of external and internal parts bonded to each other, notches are made on the top blank, supplemented by substrates, characterized in that the substrates are made of retroreflective yarns, the retroreflective yarns being located in the notches and fixed either on the outer part of the workpiece upper shoe or on the lining.  2. Shoes according to claim 1, characterized in that the retroreflective threads in the notches are fixed to the outer part of the workpiece upper with metal parts.  3. Shoes according to claim 1, characterized in that the retroreflective threads are fixed along the edge of the notches to the lining fabric with a stitching seam.  4. Shoes according to claim 1, characterized in that the retroreflective thread is fixed along the edge of the notch on the outer part of the shoe upper blank with a stitching seam.  5. Shoes, including the top blank and the bottom assembly, fastened together mechanically, chemically, or in a combined way, the top blank consisting of external and internal parts fastened together, notches are made on the top blank, characterized in that the edges of the notches are secured with a hem seam made by retroreflective thread.  6. Shoes according to claim 5, characterized in that the notches are supplemented with substrates.
