Известна мазь для лечения различных кожных заболеваний, в том числе и псориаза, содержащая порошок из семян псоралеи костянковой, пенициллин и вазелин [1]. При этом соотношение компонентов, мас.%:
Порошок из семян псоралеи костянковой - 2,0 - 2,5
Пенициллин - 4,5 - 5,5
Вазелин - Остальное
Однако наличие в ней пенициллина ограничивает возможность ее использования вследствие возможного возникновения аллергических реакций. Исходя из наличия большого количества компонентов, известная мазь достаточно универсальна в области ее применения для лечения, кроме псориаза, большого разнообразия кожных заболеваний. Однако для лечения псориаза ее заживляющее действие остается медленным, а технология приготовления мази довольно сложная. Кроме того, из-за большого количества компонентов, в том числе не являющихся легкодоступными, подготовка исходных материалов значительно затруднена. Наличие малого количества доступных компонентов в составе мази улучшит технологичность ее изготовления и подготовку исходных материалов. Поставленная задача решается тем, что мазь для лечения псориаза, содержащая череду трехраздельную, чистотел большой и березовый деготь, дополнительно содержит конский щавель (корень) при следующих соотношениях компонентов, мас.%:
Череда трехраздельная - 20 - 30
Чистотел большой - 10 - 20
Конский щавель (корень) - 10 - 20
Березовый деготь - Остальное
Конский щавель (Rumex confertus willd) относится к семейству гречишных. В лечебных целях для изготовления мази применяются коренья, содержащие дубильные вещества, соли щавелевой кислоты, флаваноиды, эфирное масло, железо, витамины K и C. Horse sorrel (Rumex confertus willd) belongs to the buckwheat family. For medicinal purposes, roots containing tannins, oxalic acid salts, flavanoids, essential oil, iron, vitamins K and C are used to make the ointment. When used in ointment, horse sorrel sharply relieves itching.

Мазь приготавливают следующим образом. Листья череды трехраздельной и чистотела большого высушивают в тени при температуре (25 - 30)^oC, после чего измельчают в порошок с помощью, например, фарфоровой шаровой мельницы. Коренья конского щавеля очищают, высушивают и также измельчают в порошок. Полученные порошки просеивают через сито с размером ячейки ≈ 1 мм, а затем смешивают в ванночке в соответствующих пропорциях и заливают березовым дегтем. Перемешивание осуществляют до получения однородной массы. Настаивание готовой мази производят в течение трех суток. Хранение мази осуществляют в темной стеклянной посуде. Срок хранения не ограничен, так как лечебные свойства мази не теряются.The ointment is prepared as follows. Пример 1. Больной К., 46 лет. Страдает псориазом в течение 26 лет. Поражены волосистая часть головы, локти, живот, колени, голени ног. Проведен курс лечения. Кожный покров в местах поражения через некоторое время полностью восстановился и принял нормальный вид. Весь курс лечения длился 20 дней. В течение двух лет после лечения рецидивы не наблюдались.
