- предложенное изделие является штучным и имеет дополнительную индивидуальную оболочку, в то время, как известные изделия, включая описанные в известном способе, представляет собою блок изделий, которые объединены общей, в том числе, непрерывной оболочкой;
- предложенное изделие в предпочтительном варианте осуществления несет на поверхности дополнительной индивидуальной оболочки изображение в виде рисунка и/или текстового фрагмента познавательного, развлекательного, назидательного или другого привлекательного для потребителя содержания, чего лишены известные изделия, в том числе, описанные в известном способе;
- предложенное изделие может быть изготовлено стерильным, а его дополнительной индивидуальной оболочке может быть придан аромат соответствующего сорта табака, возможности чего для известных изделий, в том числе, описанных в известном способе, не предусмотрено.Compared with the closest analogue method described previously in US Pat.
