Abstract

1. Способ переработки резиновых отходов, включающий их термическое разложение в рабочей среде и разделение продуктов разложения на твердые и газообразные и выделение из газообразных продуктов разложения масло, отличающийся тем, что в качестве рабочей среды используют парогазовую смесь, состоящую из 98 - 85 мас.% перегретого до 300 - 1600С водяного пара и 2 - 15 мас. % газа, полученного после выделения масла из газообразных продуктов разложения.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что предварительно перед термическим разложением резиновые отходы смешивают с 3 - 40 мас.% масла.3. Способ по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что резиновые отходы смешивают с маслом путем пропускания газообразных продуктов разложения и рабочей среды через слой отходов при их массовом соотношении (0,05 - 1,62) : 1.4. Способ по пп.1 - 3, отличающийся тем, что твердые продукты разложения смешивают с 4 - 40 об.% масла и прессуют в брикеты с одновременным нагревом до 100 - 500С путем фильтрации газа, полученного после выделения масла из газообразных продуктов разложения.1.
