The technical result of the utility model, which consists in ensuring the safety of preparing a drink in a vehicle, is achieved due to the presence in the holder of a glass with a capsule for preparing drinks of an annular part connected to the receiving glass and also connected to the capsule body; the body of the capsule and the body of the receiving cup are inseparable from the annular part, while the body of the capsule is closed with an upper cover so that it can be pierced to allow water to pass through. 1 ill.

Description

The utility model relates to the elements of devices for preparing drinks by passing hot water through a capsule containing a substance or extract (coffee, tea, cocoa, milk powder, etc.). The utility model can be used in devices for preparing drinks, which are vending machines that are used in vehicles, for example, taxis.

The preparation of drinks under conditions of shaking, vibration in a vehicle or in the absence of hard surfaces for installing devices for preparation (for example, when driving into natural conditions) - leads to the need to increase the protection against splashing of the prepared hot drink.

To date, a large number of disposable capsules with prepackaged portions of the substance placed in a container made of plastic material, closed with a polymer film or aluminum foil as a lid are known, such as, for example, in patent RU 2557739, publ. 07/27/2015. Such capsules are placed in capsule holders, which are part of the device for preparing drinks, and their use is expedient in stationary devices for this purpose, however, their use under conditions of shaking or vibration creates safety problems for the user.

Known stationary car coffee maker, in which a coffee mug can be removably placed in the brewing station, which is closed with a removable lid, and the drink lid includes a capsule chamber formed therein, including at least one opening for draining the finished drink into a coffee mug, as well as a fixer for capsules, including an opening for passing water (US patent 7487712, publ. 02/10/2009). This solution provides protection against splashing under shaking conditions, but is applicable only for individual use, requires systematic cleaning of the cap and the capsule retainer, which is not suitable for use in public transport.

It is known to use, in a device for preparing beverages, a part for attachment to a vessel for detachable connection from the rims of the vessel to be connected; an annular part in the form of a lid panel extending radially inwardly relative to said part for connection to a vessel with an opening of significant dimensions for the passage of a large amount of liquid; part in the form of a chamber for receiving into it a portion of the aromatic material formed by walls extending downward relative to said part in the form of a lid panel and to a position significantly lower than said part for connection to a vessel (RF Application for Invention No. 99115457, publ. 10.06.2001 ). The described solution includes a chamber for receiving a portion of flavoring material, which does not ensure the tightness of the flavoring material, which adversely affects the taste of the resulting beverage, in particular coffee. In addition, the known solution, when used under conditions of shaking and vibration, does not provide safety for the user, since such a design of the device assumes the presence of an open jet of hot water used for brewing.

It is also known that the quality of the resulting beverage is largely determined by the storage conditions of the original ingredients. So ground coffee, as well as tea leaves, are susceptible to oxidation under the influence of sunlight, quickly absorb moisture and odors, lose essential oils in the air, which leads to a loss of aroma and deterioration of the taste of the resulting drink. Therefore, the use of filter bags with an ingredient or loose ingredients stored in inappropriate conditions does not allow obtaining a drink with high taste.

The task of the utility model is to create a holder with a capsule for preparing a drink, suitable for use under conditions of shaking and vibration in vehicles, including public transport.

The technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is to ensure the safe preparation of a drink in a moving vehicle.

To achieve the technical result, a holder with a glass and a capsule for preparing drinks is claimed, including an annular part containing openings for drinking and for air outlet, connected to a receiving glass, consisting of a side and a bottom wall, and connected to the capsule body, consisting of a side and bottom wall, including a filter and at least one outlet for draining the finished drink into the receiving glass, characterized in that the capsule body and the receiving glass are inseparable from the annular part, while the capsule body is closed with an upper cover so that it can be pierced to allow water to pass through.

The essence of the claimed utility model is illustrated in FIG. 1, which shows a side view of the inventive device in section, with:

The device contains an annular part 1 containing openings for drinking and air (not shown), monolithically connected to the body of the receiving glass 11, containing the side wall 4 and the lower part 10, and monolithically connected to the body of the capsule 2 with the ingredient containing the upper part 8, the side wall 3, filter 6, as well as the bottom wall of the housing 5 with an internal piercer 9 and an opening for draining the finished drink 7.

The holder with a capsule for preparing drinks contains an annular part 1, which is integrally connected to the body of the receiving glass 11, for example, by gluing or soldering, which increases the protection against liquid leakage, especially under vibration and shaking conditions. The annular part 1 contains a drinking opening, which can be provided with a protective cap. The annular part 1 is monolithically connected, for example, by gluing or soldering, to the capsule body 2, which increases the protection against liquid leakage, especially under vibration and shaking conditions. The body of the capsule 2 is closed by an upper part 8, made, for example, of a polymer, plastic film, with the possibility of piercing said upper part 8 for the passage of liquid. This design avoids the presence of an open jet of hot water, which increases the safety of the beverage preparation. The body of the capsule 2 also includes a side wall 3, made, for example, of plastic, to which a filter 6 is attached, below which the bottom wall 5, made in the form of an impermeable coating, for example, of a polymer film, is attached to the side wall by, for example, soldering or gluing and also an internal lancing device 9, which is at least one needle. The inner piercer 9 can be fixed on the inner surface of the side wall of the nozzle body 4 or on the inner surface of the lower part of the nozzle body 10 or on the inner surface of the annular part 1, but in any case, the sharp piercing part of the inner piercer 9 must be in close proximity to the bottom wall 5 the capsule body, at a distance sufficient to pierce this wall when filling the capsule with water under pressure. An ingredient, such as ground coffee, is placed on the filter 6. The described design prevents the ingress of air and moisture into the capsule body, ensures the tightness of the storage of the required ingredient, which is directly related to obtaining a drink with high taste. Also, the body of the capsule 2 contains at least one opening for draining the finished drink 7, formed in the lower part of the body of the capsule 2, below the piercing part of the inner piercer 9. After preparing the drink, the body of the capsule 2 can be closed with a lid made of plastic, compressed paper or other material - for added user convenience.

The utility model works as follows.

The claimed holder with a capsule can be used with a portable device for preparing drinks used in vehicles, for example, in a taxi.

The user places the holder with the capsule and the glass into the beverage preparation device and presses the capsule piercer against the upper part of the capsule body 8 using a pressing device, for example, a lever. The user turns on the water supply. Water from the cold water tank is supplied by a water blower to a device for heating water and then to a piercer made with the possibility of draining water passing through the piercer inside the capsule body 2 through a puncture in the upper part of the capsule body 8. Water passes through the ingredient located in the body of the capsule 2, through the filter 6, presses on the lower wall of the body of the capsule 5, which bends under water pressure, contacts the piercing part of the inner piercer 9, pierces and passes the resulting drink further to the opening for draining the finished drink 7 into the receiving glass. After the glass is filled, the user removes the capsule piercer from the claimed device, lifting the lever, removes the glass with the holder with the capsule attached to it. The spent capsule can be closed from above with a plastic lid. The drink is ready to be consumed through the drinking hole. After drinking the drink, the user disposes of the declared holder with a capsule and a glass.

Thus, the claimed utility model makes it possible to obtain a drink, ensuring the safety of preparation under conditions of shaking and vibration in vehicles.

A glass holder with a capsule for preparing drinks, including an annular part containing openings for drinking and for air outlet, connected to a receiving glass, consisting of a side and a bottom wall and connected to a capsule body consisting of a side and a bottom wall, including a filter and at least at least one outlet for draining the finished drink into the receiving glass, characterized in that the capsule body and the receiving glass body are inseparable from the annular part, while the capsule body is closed with an upper cover so that it can be pierced to allow water to pass through.
