В течение 50 мин проводилась обработка кожи лица и шеи шарообразным электродом при постоянном перемещении электрода по массажным линиям лица и шеи штрихообразным движением по схеме: правая половина лица - лоб, левая половина лица - шея и в обратном порядке. В процессе воздействия электрода наносилось фитомасло. После этого проводили обработку указанных областей массажными палочками из эбонита при одновременном воздействии на ряд БАТ меридиана желудка, расположенные в данных областях, и БАТ других меридианов, расположенных в данных областях и используемых при заболеваниях желудка, тормозным методом воздействия. Общая длительность массажа составила 20 мин. После этого было проведено воздействие на обработанную поверхность кожи облучением УФ-лучами малой мощности в течение 60 с. Процедура была закончена проведением ручного косметического фиксирующего массажа кожи лица и шеи в течение 10 мин. Всего было проведено 3 процедуры с интервалом через 3 и 4 недели. После проведенного курса состояние удовлетворительное, при осмотре кожи лица и шеи: кожа ровная, матово-розового цвета, морщин нет. Жалоб со стороны внутренних органов нет. Рекомендован повторный осмотр через 6 месяцев. Treatment started. After the course, the condition is satisfactory, upon examination of the skin of the face and neck: the skin is smooth, matte pink, no wrinkles. There are no complaints from the internal organs. П р и м е р 2. Пациентка Т. 55 лет, обратилась с жалобами на морщины на коже лица и шеи, отечность лица, появление второго подбородка, дряблость кожи. При осмотре: состояние удовлетворительное, гиперестеническое телосложение, повышенное питание. Дерматологический статус: кожа и видимые слизистые обычной окраски, эластичность, тургор кожи снижены, лицо одутловатое, отмечается отвислость кожи под подбородком, большое количество морщин средней глубины на лице и шее, кожа жирная, пористая, видимых дефектов нет. Из анамнеза: в течение ряда лет отмечает головные боли, связанные с переменой погоды, периодическое повышение AД до 150/90 мм рт.ст., по поводу этих жалоб принимала гипотензивные и обезболивающие медикаменты. Начато лечение. Кожа лица и шеи обработана фитолосьоном, по ощущениям пациентки выбрана сила тока 10 мкА. В течение 10 мин проводилась обработка кожи лица и шеи массажными палочками, выполненными из оргстекла при воздействии на БАТ, расположенные в области лица и шеи и используемые для снятия головной боли, тормозным методом. После этого кожу лица и шеи в течение 40 мин обрабатывали игольчатым электродом силой тока 10 мкА перемещением электрода по массажным линиям штрихообразным движением с дополнительной отработкой фитомаслом. Затем обработанные участки кожи были облучены УФ-лучами малой мощности в течение 40 с. Процедуру закончили проведением косметического ручного массажа кожи лица и шеи в течение 10 мин. После процедуры отмечалось отсутствие головной боли. AД 135/85 мм рт.ст. Всего было проведено 6 процедур в течение 3 месяцев. После окончания курса отмечалось улучшение состояния, головные боли не беспокоили. При осмотре отмечено повышение тургора и эластичности кожи, количество пор незначительно, снижено выделение кожного жира, отеков нет, второй подбородок отсутствует, осталось небольшое количество морщин средней глубины на коже шеи. Рекомендован повторный осмотр через 6 месяцев. Treatment started.
