Claims (31)
1. Стальной лист, в котором химический состав основного металла содержит, в мас.%:
C от 0,17 до 0,40,
Si от 0,10 до 2,50,
Mn от 1,00 до 10,00,
P от 0,001 до 0,03,
S от 0,0001 до 0,02,
Al от 0,001 до 2,50,
N от 0,0001 до 0,010,
O от 0,0001 до 0,010,
Ti от 0 до 0,10,
Nb от 0 до 0,10,
V от 0 до 0,10,
B от 0 до 0,010,
Cr от 0 до 2,00,
Ni от 0 до 2,00,
Cu от 0 до 2,00,
Mo от 0 до 2,00,
Ca от 0 до 0,50,
Mg от 0 до 0,50,
REM от 0 до 0,50, и
остаток – железо и примеси,
в котором стальной лист имеет от поверхности основного металла до глубины 5,0 мкм или больше внутренний окисленный слой, в котором по меньшей мере одна часть границы кристаллического зерна покрыта оксидами и в котором:
в области от поверхности основного металла до глубины 5,0 мкм доля покрытия оксидами границы зерна составляет 60% или более.
2. Стальной лист по п. 1, содержащий: обезуглероженный слой от поверхности основного металла до глубины 50 мкм или более.
3. Стальной лист по п. 1 или 2, содержащий: слой никелевого гальванопокрытия на поверхности основного металла.
4. Стальной лист по любому из пп. 1-3, который имеет прочность при растяжении 980 МПа или более.
5. Лист оцинкованной стали горячего цинкования, содержащий: слой горячего цинкования на поверхности стального листа по любому из пп. 1-4.
6. Лист оцинкованной стали горячего цинкования по п. 5, в котором: масса слоя покрытия горячего цинкования составляет не более 70 г/м2.
7. Отожженный оцинкованный стальной лист, содержащий: отожженный оцинкованный слой на поверхности стального листа по любому из пп. 1-4.
8. Отожженный оцинкованный стальной лист по п. 7, в котором: масса покрытия отожженного оцинкованного слоя составляет не более 70 г/м2.
9. Отожженный оцинкованный стальной лист по п. 7 или 8, в котором: отожженный оцинкованный слой содержит Fe от 7,0 до 15,0 мас.%.
