Claims (24)

1. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, которая представляет собой продукт из смеси, содержащей полиизоцианат, по меньшей мере, один полимерный полиэфирполиол на основе простого эфира, акриловый полимер, неорганический наполнитель и полиэфирдиол на основе сложного эфира, обладающий структурой, описывающейся формулой 1 или формулой 2; где формула 1 представляет собой
H-[O(CH2) m OOC(CH2) n CO] k -O(CH2) m -OH;
каждый из m и n представляет собой четное целое число; m+n=8; каждый из m и n независимо выбирают из 2, 4 или 6; k представляет собой целое число в диапазоне от 9 до 55; и полиол, описывающийся формулой 1, характеризуется среднечисленной молекулярной массой в диапазоне от приблизительно 2000 до приблизительно 11000; и формула 2 представляет собой
HO-[(CH2)5COO] p -R1-[OOC(CH2)5] q -OH;
R1 представляет собой инициатор; р представляет собой целое число в диапазоне от 0 до 96; q представляет собой целое число в диапазоне от 0 до 96; p+q=от 16 до 96; и полиол характеризуется среднечисленной молекулярной массой в диапазоне от приблизительно 2000 до приблизительно 11000.
2. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по п. 1, где R1 представляет собой остаток гликолевого инициатора, выбираемого из 1,4’-бутандиола, 1,6’-гександиола, этиленгликоля и их комбинаций.
3. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому п. 1 или 2, где полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира характеризуется среднечисленной молекулярной массой в диапазоне от 2000 до 10000 и присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 10 до 35 мас.% при расчете на совокупную массу клея.
4. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-3, где упомянутый полимерный полиэфирполиол на основе простого эфира характеризуется среднечисленной молекулярной массой в диапазоне от 1500 до 6000 и присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 15 до 40 мас.% при расчете на совокупную массу клея.
5. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-4, где упомянутый полимерный полиэфирполиол на основе простого эфира включает, по меньшей мере, один полипропиленгликоль.
6. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-5, где упомянутый акриловый полимер характеризуется среднемассовой молекулярной массой в диапазоне от 30000 до 80000 и присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 10 до 40 мас.% при расчете на совокупную массу клея.
7. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-6, где упомянутый акриловый полимер характеризуется температурой стеклования в диапазоне от 35°С до 85°С и гидроксильным числом, составляющим менее чем 8.
8. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-7, где упомянутый полиизоцианат присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 5 до 40 мас.% при расчете на совокупную массу клея.
9. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-8, где упомянутый полиизоцианат включает 4,4’-метиленбисфенилдиизоцианат.
10. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-9, где упомянутый неорганический наполнитель присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от приблизительно 10 до 50 мас.% при расчете на совокупную массу клея.
11. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-10, где упомянутый неорганический наполнитель содержит карбонат кальция.
12. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-11, содержащая, кроме того, добавку, выбираемую из дополнительного наполнителя, пластификатора, катализатора, красителя, реологического модификатора, антипирена, УФ-пигмента, нановолокна, противопенообразователя, добавки, придающей клейкость, катализатора отверждения, антиоксиданта, усилителя адгезии, стабилизатора, тиксотропной добавки и их смесей.
13. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-12, содержащая, кроме того, от 0,02 до 0,5 мас.%, при расчете на совокупную массу композиции, 2,2’-диморфолинодиэтилового простого эфира.
14. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-13, где упомянутая композиция характеризуется временем открытой выдержки клея в диапазоне от 6 до 10 мин.
15. Композиция термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп. 1-14, где упомянутая композиция характеризуется прочностью в несхватившемся состоянии, составляющей более чем 120 фунтов при расчете на один квадратный дюйм (фунт/дюйм2) (827 килопаскалей (кПа)), на протяжении 30 мин после нанесения на подложку.
16. Промышленное изделие, содержащее композицию термоплавкого клея, реакционноспособного по отношению к влаге, по любому из пп.1-15.
17. Способ склеивания двух подложек друг с другом, включающий нанесение термоплавкого клея по любому из пп. 1-15 в расплавленной форме на первую подложку, а после этого введение второй подложки в контакт с клеем на первой подложке и обеспечение охлаждения и отверждения клея для получения необратимой твердой формы.
18. Отвержденные продукты реакции для композиции термоплавкого клея по любому из пп. 1-15.
19. Отвержденные продукты реакции для композиции термоплавкого клея по любому из пп. 1-15, характеризующиеся, по меньшей мере, одним параметром, выбираемым из предела текучести при растяжении, составляющего, по меньшей мере, 607 фунт/дюйм2 (4190 кПа), и предела прочности при растяжении, составляющего, по меньшей мере, 1415 фунт/дюйм2 (9760 кПа).
20. Отвержденные продукты реакции для композиции термоплавкого клея по любому из пп. 1-15, характеризующиеся модулем упругости накопления при 90°С, составляющим, по меньшей мере, 2,59Е+06.
