Устройство для петлевой эндартерэктомии, содержащее кольцо с режущим контуром по его внутренней стороне, соединенное с протяженным держателем, на противоположном дистальном конце которого размещена рукоятка, отличающееся тем, что выполнен канал для подачи под давлением рабочей жидкости в зону обработки сосуда, размещенный внутри протяженного держателя, выполненного для этого в виде полой трубки, у которой сформированы с противоположных концов отверстия: со стороны рукоятки - для впуска нагнетаемой под давлением 2-3 атм жидкости в канал, а с проксимального конца держателя в месте соединения его с кольцом - для выпуска нагнетаемой жидкости в зону обработки сосуда.1.
