Claims (21)
1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее:
a. проточную сотовую подложку с входной стороной, выходной стороной, осевой длиной от входной стороны до выходной стороны и множеством каналов, образуемых стенками каналов, проходящих от входной стороны до выходной стороны;
b. первую композицию катализатора NH3-СКВ, нанесенную на и/или внутрь стенок каналов в первой зоне; и
c. вторую композицию катализатора NH3-СКВ, нанесенную на и/или внутрь стенок каналов во второй зоне, при условии, что первая зона расположена выше по потоку от второй зоны, и первая и вторая зоны расположены рядом друг с другом или по меньшей мере частично перекрываются;
причем первая композиция катализатора NH3-СКВ содержит первое молекулярное сито, содержащее медь, с атомным отношением меди к алюминию от примерно 0,1 до 0,375, а вторая композиция катализатора NH3-СКВ содержит второе молекулярное сито, содержащее медь, с атомным отношением меди к алюминию от примерно 0,3 до примерно 0,6.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первая зона расположена рядом со второй зоной.
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первая зона полностью накладывается на вторую зону.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в которой первая зона проходит от входной стороны до первой конечной точки, расположенной на расстоянии примерно от 10 до 40 процентов от осевой длины, и причем вторая зона составляет примерно от 20 до 90 процентов от осевой длины, при условии, что первая и вторая зоны расположены рядом друг с другом или перекрываются меньше чем на 90 процентов от осевой длины.
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первая зона перекрывается со второй зоной.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором вторая зона перекрывается с первой зоной.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первое молекулярное сито, содержащее медь, имеет меньшую концентрацию меди по сравнению со вторым молекулярным ситом, содержащим медь.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 2, в котором первое молекулярное сито, содержащее медь, имеет загрузку по меди примерно от 50 до 90 процентов от загрузки второго молекулярного сита, содержащего медь.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первое молекулярное сито, содержащее медь, имеет первое значение SAR, а второе молекулярное сито, содержащее медь, имеет второе значение SAR, которое больше, чем первое значение SAR.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 9, в котором первое молекулярное сито представляет собой алюмосиликат со значением SAR от примерно 10 до примерно 20, а второе молекулярное сито представляет собой алюмосиликат со значением SAR от примерно 20 до примерно 50.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п. 9, в котором первое и второе молекулярные сита имеют мелкопористый каркас.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 9, где первое и второе молекулярные сита имеют каркас CHA.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 9, в котором первое молекулярное сито представляет собой силикоалюмофосфат, а второе молекулярное сито представляет собой алюмосиликат со значением SAR от примерно 15 до примерно 50.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первая и вторая зоны перекрываются с образованием третьей зоны катализатора, причем третья зона имеет более высокое содержание меди по сравнению с первой и второй зонами по отдельности.
15. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее зону ASC с катализатором окисления аммиака, нанесенного на и/или внутрь стенок каналов, причем зона ASC проходит от выходной стороны на расстояние примерно от 10 до 50 процентов от осевой длины и не контактирует с первой зоной.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, в котором вторая композиция катализатора NH3-СКВ полностью перекрывается с катализатором окисления.
17. Каталитическое изделие по п. 16, в котором катализатор окисления содержит платину.
