Claims (16)
1. Способ изготовления трехмерных изделий с гибкими стенками, с помощью формы (2) и противоположной формы (5), между которыми образуется объем, соответствующий получаемому изделию, и это изделие состоит из гибких слоистых частей (3), установленных на шаблоне (1), который прикреплен к внутренней поверхности формы, при этом слоистые части (3) соединены клейким веществом, которое в жидком состоянии вводится через сеть желобов (6), ограниченных между противоположной формой, шаблоном (1) и противолежащими краями слоистых частей, при этом шаблон (1) изготовлен из упруго деформируемого материала с большей толщиной, чем расстояние «D» между формой (2) и гибкими слоистыми частями (3) как минимум на тех участках, которые ограничивают каналы (4), отделяющие противолежащие края прилегающих слоистых частей (3), для прижатия краев указанных частей к противоположной форме (5), при этом указанный шаблон (1) имеет трехмерную конфигурацию и воспроизводит (по крайней мере, на поверхности, на которой расположены слоистые части (3)) форму изготавливаемого изделия, отличающийся тем, что на поверхности шаблона (1), предназначенной для приема слоистых частей (3), имеются ребра (7), ограничивающие каналы, образующиеся между противолежащими краями прилегающих слоистых частей (3).
2. Способ по предыдущему пункту, отличающийся тем, что шаблон (1) имеет канавки (8), которые расположены соосно с каналами (6), ограниченными между противолежащими краями прилегающих слоистых частей (3), канавки которых шире, чем у указанных каналов.
3. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что противолежащие края (10) прилегающих слоистых частей (3) имеют выемки и смыкаются в материале, введенном посредством желобов (6), образующихся между указанными краями и поверхностью шаблона (1) и противоположной формы (5).
4. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что канавки (8) шаблона (1) ограничены ребрами (7') вдоль указанных канавок (8).
5. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что шаблон (1) изготовлен из силикона.
6. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что как минимум на части поверхности противоположной формы (5) расположен шаблон из эластичного деформируемого материала.
7. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что шаблон (1') имеет отверстия (15), совпадающие с сетью небольших каналов (16) формы, посредством которых указанные отверстия соединены с источником вакуума.
8. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что слоистые части (3) рядом с краями (10) имеют отверстия (3'), которые связываются с желобами (6), через которые вводится клейкое вещество.
9. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что противолежащие края слоистых частей (3) изгибаются в соответствии с полосами (31), которые соединяются и находятся внутри канавок (32), образованных в противоположной форме (5).
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что противоположная форма изготовлена из жесткого или полужесткого покрытия (33), в котором формируются канавки (32).
11. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что шаблон (1') вокруг сужения отверстий (15) имеет полость (15'), в которую помещаются части из микроволокна (11').
12. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что, в положении, совпадающем с расстоянием между краями (10') слоистых частей противоположная форма образует канал, который заполняется вводимым клейким веществом; после затвердевания это вещество образует усиливающие корды (9').
13. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что сразу после введения и высыхания клейкого вещества противоположная форма (5) заменяется второй противоположной формой (5'), которая вместе со слоистыми частями (3) ограничивает камеру (35), в которой материал после затвердевания образует ударопоглощающий слой (36).
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что противоположная форма (5') на поверхности, обращенной в сторону слоистых частей (3), предусматриваются иглы, которые опираются на слоистые части и посредством отделенной противоположной формы образуют вентиляционные отверстия (37) в вводимом материале.
15. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что с задней стороны слоистых частей (3) к материалу, вводимому в камеру (35), применяется водоотталкивающее средство.
16. Способ по предыдущим пунктам, отличающийся тем, что слоистые части (3) с задней стороны удерживают влагонепроницаемую мембрану.
