Claims (35)

1. Каталитическое изделие для снижения выбросов выхлопного газа из двигателя, содержащее
подложку-носитель, имеющую множество каналов, предназначенных для течения газа, и каталитическую композицию, расположенную для контакта с выхлопным газом, проходящим через каждый канал,
где каталитическая композиция содержит платиновый (Pt) компонент и содержащий серу (S) компонент, импрегнированные на подложку на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла; и
где каталитическая композиция эффективна для уменьшения углеводорода и монооксида углерода, и для окисления NO до NO2 в выхлопном газе.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где Pt компонент и содержащий серу компонент присутствую при Pt:S молярном соотношении в интервале от около 1:1 до около 1:5, и где содержащий серу компонент рассчитан как диоксид серы (SO2).
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция по существу свободна от палладия.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция дополнительно содержит цеолит.
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где содержащий серу компонент, измеренный как диоксид серы (SO2), присутствует в количестве в интервале от около 2 г/фут3 до около 250 г/фут3, и Pt компонент присутствует в количестве в интервале от около 10 г/фут3 до около 200 г/фут3.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где содержащий серу компонент присутствует в интервале от около 0,1% до около 20 мас. %, рассчитанный как диоксид серы (SO2), на основе массы конечной импрегнированной подложки на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где Pt компонент присутствует в интервале от около 0,1% до около 10 мас. % на основе массы импрегнированной подложки на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция находится в форме покрытия на подложке-носителе с загрузкой по меньшей мере около 1,0 г/дюйм3.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где подложка-носитель представляет собой проточную подложку или подложку в виде фильтра с проточными стенками.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где носитель на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла выбран из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, диоксида кремния, оксида церия, оксида циркония, оксида титана, и их комбинаций.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где носитель на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла содержит оксид алюминия или оксид титана.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее вторую каталитическую композицию, где вторая каталитическая композиция содержит вторую подложку на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла и металл платиновой группы (PGM) и по существу свободна от цеолитов; где вторая каталитическая композиция расположена непосредственно на подложке-носителе в слоистой или зонированной конфигурации с каталитической композицией.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, где вторая каталитическая композиция дополнительно содержит компонент накопления кислорода.
14. Система для обработки выбросов для обработки потока выхлопного газа, причем система для обработки выбросов содержит:
двигатель, производящий поток выхлопного газа; и
каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 1-13, расположенное ниже по ходу потока от двигателя, в сообщении по текучей среде по текучей среде с потоком выхлопного газа, и предназначенное для уменьшения CO и HC и превращения NO в NO2.
15. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 14, дополнительно содержащая компонент сажевого фильтра, расположенный ниже по ходу потока и непосредственно рядом с каталитическим изделием, где сажевый фильтр использует NO2, произведенный и выделенный в обработанный поток выхлопного газа каталитическим изделием для усиления сгорания сажи.
16. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 15, где компонент сажевого фильтра содержит каталитическую композицию сажевого фильтра, расположенную на другой подложке-носителе, и где указанная каталитическая композиция сажевого фильтра содержит компонент металла платиновой группы, импрегнированный либо в материал на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла, либо в компонент накопления кислорода.
17. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 15, дополнительно содержащая компонент SCR катализатора для уменьшения NOx, где компонент SCR катализатора содержит ионообмененное на металл молекулярное сито, и где указанный компонент SCR катализатора расположен ниже по ходу потока от каталитического изделия и компонента сажевого фильтра.
18. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 15, где компонент сажевого фильтра содержит SCR каталитическую композицию на подложке в виде фильтра, где SCR каталитическая композиция содержит ионообмененное на металл молекулярное сито.
19. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 14, где двигателем является дизельный двигатель.
20. Способ получения каталитического изделия по любому из пп. 1-13, включающий:
импрегнирование подложки на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла солью платинового компонента или предшественником содержащего серу компонента с образованием импрегнированной подложки на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла;
кальцинирование импрегнированной подложки на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла;
получение суспензии посредством смешивания кальцинированной импрегнированной подложки на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла в водном растворе;
нанесение суспензии в виде покрытия на подложку-носитель; и
кальцинирование покрытой подложки-носителя с получением каталитического изделия.
21. Способ по п. 20, где стадия импрегнирования включает:
приведение в контакт носителя на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла с солью платинового компонента или предшественником содержащего серу компонента в одно и то же время; или
приведение в контакт носителя на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла сначала с солью платинового компонента с последующим контактом с предшественником содержащего серу компонента; или
приведение в контакт носителя на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла сначала с предшественником содержащего серу компонента с последующим контактом с солью платинового компонента.
22. Способ по п. 20, где носитель на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла представляет собой оксид алюминия, и содержащее серу соединение выбирают из группы, состоящей из сульфата аммония, сульфата железа, сульфата марганца, сульфата индия, сульфида аммония, персульфата аммония, сульфата олова и их комбинаций.
