Claims (32)

1. Способ изготовления пакетированного изделия из снаффа для орального использования, содержащего наполнитель и проницаемый для слюны пакетик, в котором заключен наполнитель, причем изделие обладает влагосодержанием не более 20% по весу на основе общего веса изделия, проницаемый для слюны пакетик имеет одно или более уплотнений, и наполнитель содержит по меньшей мере 20% по весу, на основе сухого веса наполнителя, по меньшей мере одного компонента с температурой плавления в пределах диапазона от 70°C до 155°C, при этом способ включает:
- подачу и продвижение по меньшей мере одного полотна упаковочного материала, где упомянутое по меньшей мере одно полотно упаковочного материала продвигается в направлении перемещения;
- подачу наполнителя на упомянутое по меньшей мере одно продвигающееся полотно упаковочного материала; и
- сварку и разрезание упомянутого по меньшей мере одного продвигающегося полотна упаковочного материала, на которое был подан наполнитель, для обеспечения множества пакетиков, в которых заключен наполнитель,
отличающийся тем, что сварку упомянутого по меньшей мере одного продвигающегося полотна упаковочного материала, на которое был подан наполнитель, обеспечивают посредством ультразвуковой сварки.
2. Способ по п.1, включающий
- формирование упомянутого по меньшей мере одного продвигающегося полотна упаковочного материала в виде трубчатого полотна, причем формирование выполняют до или после подачи наполнителя, тем самым, обеспечивая продвигающееся трубчатое полотно упаковочного материала, содержащее наполнитель; и
- ультразвуковую сварку и разрезание упомянутого продвигающегося трубчатого полотна упаковочного материала, содержащего наполнитель.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором ультразвуковую сварку и разрезание выполняют одновременно, тем самым, обеспечивая разрез в заваренной области.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором наполнитель содержит в диапазоне от 20% до 95% по весу, например, в диапазоне от 20% до 90% по весу или от 30 до 90% по весу или от 40% до 90% по весу, на основе сухого веса наполнителя, упомянутого по меньшей мере одного компонента с температурой плавления ниже 180°C.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором изделие обладает влагосодержанием не более 10% по весу на основе общего веса изделия.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором изделие обладает влагосодержанием не более 5% по весу на основе общего веса изделия.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором упомянутый по меньшей мере один компонент выбран из группы, состоящей из моносахаридов, дисахаридов, сахарных спиртов и любых их комбинаций.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором упомянутым по меньшей мере одним компонентом является сахарный спирт.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором упомянутым по меньшей мере одним компонентом является сахарный спирт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из мальтитола, маннитола, сорбитола, ксилитола и любых их комбинаций.
10. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором наполнитель содержит по меньшей мере 35% по весу, например, в диапазоне от 40% до 90% или от 45% до 60% по весу, на основе сухого веса наполнителя, мальтитола.
11. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором упаковочный материал представляет собой нетканый материал, содержащий штапельное волокно генерированной целлюлозы и связующее вещество.
12. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования выбрано из группы, состоящей из пакетированных изделий из бездымного табака для орального использования, пакетированных изделий из содержащего никотин нетабачного снаффа для орального использования и пакетированных изделий из не содержащего никотин нетабачного снаффа для орального использования.
13. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования, содержащее наполнитель и проницаемый для слоны пакетик из упаковочного материала, в котором заключен наполнитель, причем пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования обладает влагосодержанием не более 20% по весу на основе общего веса изделия, проницаемый для слюны пакетик содержит по меньшей мере одно удлиненное уплотнение, уплотняющее упаковочный материал, и обладает длиной уплотнения, продолжающейся вдоль первого направления, и наполнитель содержит по меньшей мере 20% по весу, на основе сухого веса наполнителя, по меньшей мере одного компонента с температурой плавления в пределах диапазона от 70°C до 155°C, отличающееся тем, что
- упомянутое по меньшей мере одно удлиненное уплотнение обладает шириной уплотнения, продолжающейся вдоль второго направления, поперечного относительно первого направления, где упомянутая ширина уплотнения равна или менее 2 мм, например, в диапазоне от 0,1 до 2 мм или от 0,1 до 1 мм или от 0,1 до 0,5 мм, и
- упомянутое по меньшей мере одно удлиненное уплотнение представляет собой обеспечиваемый посредством ультразвуковой сварки сварной шов, сформированный одновременной ультразвуковой сваркой и разрезанием упаковочного материала, так, чтобы в заваренной области был предусмотрен разрез, тем самым, по меньшей мере один самый крайний концевой участок пакетика уплотняется посредством упомянутого по меньшей мере одного удлиненного уплотнения.
14. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по п.13, причем пакетированное изделие из снаффа обладает продольным направлением и поперечным направлением, перпендикулярным относительно продольного направления, проницаемый для слюны пакетик содержит первое удлиненное уплотнение и второе удлиненное уплотнение, каждое из первого и второго удлиненных уплотнений обладает длиной уплотнения, продолжающейся вдоль поперечного направления изделия, и шириной уплотнения, продолжающейся вдоль продольного направления изделия, причем ширина уплотнения равна или менее 2 мм, например, находится в диапазоне от 0,1 до 2 мм или от 0,1 до 1 мм или от 0,1 до 0,5 мм, и каждое из первого и второго удлиненных уплотнений является уплотнением самого крайнего концевого участка проницаемого для слюны пакетика.
15. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по п.14, в котором проницаемый для слюны пакетик содержит дополнительное удлиненное уплотнение с длиной уплотнения, продолжающейся вдоль продольного направления изделия, и шириной уплотнения, продолжающейся вдоль поперечного направления изделия, причем ширина уплотнения равна или менее 2 мм, например, находится в диапазоне от 0,1 до 2 мм или от 0,1 до 1 мм или от 0,1 до 0,5 мм.
16. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по любому из пп.13-15, в котором наполнитель содержит упомянутый по меньшей мере один компонент с температурой плавления ниже 180°C, содержащийся в диапазоне от 20% до 95% по весу, например, в диапазоне от 20% до 90% по весу или от 30 до 90% по весу или от 40% до 90% по весу, на основе сухого веса наполнителя.
17. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по любому из пп.13-16, причем изделие обладает влагосодержанием не более 10% по весу на основе общего веса изделия.
18. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по любому из пп.13-16, причем изделие обладает влагосодержанием не более 5% по весу на основе общего веса изделия.
19. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по любому из пп.13-18, в котором упомянутый по меньшей мере один компонент выбран из группы, состоящей из моносахаридов, дисахаридов, сахарных спиртов и любых их комбинаций.
20. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по любому из пп.13-19, в котором упомянутым по меньшей мере одним компонентом является сахарный спирт.
21. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по п.20, в котором упомянутым по меньшей мере одним компонентом является сахарный спирт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из мальтитола, маннитола, сорбитола, ксилитола и любых их комбинаций.
22. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по п.21, в котором наполнитель содержит мальтитол в количестве по меньшей мере 35% по весу, например, в диапазоне от 40% до 90% или от 45% до 60% по весу, на основе сухого веса наполнителя.
23. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по пп.13-22, в котором проницаемый для слюны пакетик изготовлен из нетканого материала, содержащего штапельное волокно генерированной целлюлозы и связующее вещество.
24. Пакетированное изделие из снаффа для орального использования по пп.13-23, причем пакетированное изделие из снаффа выбрано из группы, состоящей из пакетированных бездымных табачных изделий для орального использования, пакетированных изделий из содержащего никотин нетабачного снаффа для орального использования и пакетированных изделий из не содержащего никотина нетабачного снаффа для орального использования.
