Claims (32)

1. Катализированный сажевый фильтр (CSF), где CSF содержит пористую подложку с проточными стенками, катализатор-ловушку оксидов азота в условиях обедненной смеси (LNT) и катализатор для селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR),
причем подложка с проточными стенками содержит входной конец, выходной конец, длину по оси подложки, простирающуюся между входным концом и выходным концом, и множество каналов, определенных внутренними стенками подложки с проточными стенками, где множество каналов содержат входные каналы, имеющие открытый входной конец и закрытый выходной конец, и выходные каналы, имеющие закрытый входной конец и открытый выходной конец,
где LNT катализатор обеспечивается на части поверхности стенок входных каналов и на по меньшей мере части поверхности пор внутри стенок каналов под поверхностью стенок каналов, покрытых LNT катализатором, где часть стенок входных каналов, покрытых LNT катализатором, простирается от входного конца до х % длины по оси подложки, где 0<х<100,
где SCR катализатор обеспечивается на части поверхности стенок выходных каналов и на по меньшей мере части поверхности пор внутри стенок каналов под поверхностью стенок каналов, покрытых SCR катализатором, где часть стенок выходных каналов, покрытых LNT катализатором, простирается от выходного конца до 100-х % длины по оси подложки.
2. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 1, где х находится в интервале от 5 до 95.
3. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 1, где пористая подложка с проточными стенками представляет собой сотообразную подложку с поочередно закупоренными входными и выходными концами, так что каждая стенка подложки с проточными стенками соответственно имеет первую поверхность, которая представляет собой поверхность входного канала, и вторую поверхность, которая представляет собой поверхность выходного канала.
4. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 1, где SCR катализатор содержит один или более цеолитов.
5. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 4, где один или более цеолитов содержат один или более переходных металлов.
6. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 1, где средний размер частиц D90 SCR катализатора составляет 25% или менее от среднего размера пор стенок подложки.
7. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 1, где LNT катализатор содержит один или более щелочноземельных металлов.
8. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по п. 1, где LNT катализатор содержит один или более металлов платиновой группы.
9. Катализированный сажевый фильтр по любому из пп. 1-8, где LNT катализатор содержит один или более компонентов накопления кислорода.
10. Способ получения катализированного сажевого фильтра, включающий
(i) обеспечение пористой подложки с проточными стенками, содержащей входной конец, выходной конец, длину по оси подложки, простирающуюся между входным концом и выходным концом, и множество каналов, определенных внутренними стенками подложки с проточными стенками, где множество каналов содержат входные каналы, имеющие открытый входной конец и закрытый выходной конец, и выходные каналы, имеющие закрытый входной конец и открытый выходной конец,
(ii) пропитывание материала-носителя в форме частиц водным раствором соединения родия,
(iii) прокаливание пропитанного материала-носителя в форме частиц, полученного на (ii), для обеспечения порошка Rh на носителе,
(iv) смешивание материала-носителя в форме частиц с дистиллированной водой и последующее добавление водного раствора соединения палладия и соединения платины к нему для обеспечения первой суспензии,
(v) добавление порошка Rh на носителе, одного или более материалов накопления кислорода и одного или более соединений щелочноземельного металла к первой суспензии, полученной на (iv), для обеспечения второй суспензии,
(vi) необязательно измельчение второй суспензии, где указанная вторая суспензия проявляет средний размер частиц D90, который составляет 25% или менее от среднего размера пор стенок пористой подложки с проточными стенками,
(vii) суспендирование твердого SCR катализатора в дистиллированной воде и необязательно измельчение полученной смеси для обеспечения третьей суспензии, где указанная третья суспензия проявляет средний размер частиц D90, который составляет 25% или менее от среднего размера пор стенок пористой подложки с проточными стенками,
(viii) покрытие части стенок входных каналов подложки с проточными стенками посредством погружения входного конца подложки с проточными стенками во вторую суспензию до х% длины по оси подложки, простирающейся от входного конца, где 0<х<100,
(ix) удаление подложки с проточными стенками из второй суспензии и удаление избытка суспензии из входных каналов,
(x) покрытие части стенок выходных каналов подложки с проточными стенками посредством погружения выходного конца подложки с проточными стенками в третью суспензию до 100-х% длины по оси подложки, простирающейся от выходного конца,
(xi) удаление подложки с проточными стенками из третьей суспензии и удаление избытка суспензии из выходных каналов,
(xii) необязательно сушку и/или прокаливание покрытой подложки с проточными стенками.
11. Катализированный сажевый фильтр, являющийся получаемым и/или полученным согласно способу по п. 10.
12. Система для обработки выбросов, содержащая катализированный сажевый фильтр (CSF) по любому из пп. 1-9 или 11 и катализатор-ловушку оксидов азота в условиях обедненной смеси (LNT), расположенный выше по ходу потока CSF, где LNT и CSF находятся во флюидном сообщении друг с другом, так что выхлопной газ из двигателя внутреннего сгорания может протекать через LNT и затем через CSF,
где LNT содержит проточную подложку, содержащую входной конец, выходной конец, длину по оси подложки, простирающуюся между входным концом и выходным концом, и множество каналов, определенных внутренними стенками подложки с проточными стенками, и где проточная подложка покрыта LNT катализатором.
13. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 12, где LNT катализатор содержит один или более щелочноземельных металлов.
14. Система для обработки выбросов по п. 12 или 13, где LNT катализатор содержит один или более металлов платиновой группы.
15. Способ обработки выбросов из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, включающий направление выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания через систему для обработки выбросов, как определено в любом из пп. 12-14.
16. Применение катализированного сажевого фильтра по любому из пп. 1-9 или 11, или системы для обработки выбросов по любому из пп. 12-14 для обработки выбросов выхлопных газов.
