Claims (10)
1. Скользящий элемент, в частности поршневое кольцо, в котором на не азотированной базовой поверхности подложки поверхности скольжения скользящего элемента, предпочтительно на наружной окружной поверхности поршневого кольца, предусмотрены по меньшей мере один металлсодержащий промежуточный слой, предпочтительно металлический слой, особенно предпочтительно хромовый слой, а также в качестве самого наружного слоя, который отличается от промежуточного слоя, DLC-слой или основанный на металле нитридный слой, предпочтительно слой нитрида металла, предпочтительно CrN-слой, и по меньшей мере одна дополнительная поверхность скользящего элемента, предпочтительно боковые поверхности поршневого кольца, подвергнута поверхностному упрочнению, предпочтительно имеет азотированный слой, причем
имеется по меньшей мере один металлсодержащий гальванический и/или осажденный PVD-методом промежуточный слой.
2. Скользящий элемент по п.1, в котором поверхность скольжения скользящего элемента не имеет поверхностного упрочнения.
3. Скользящий элемент по п.1 или 2, в котором металлсодержащий промежуточный слой, предпочтительно гальванический промежуточный слой, примыкает непосредственно к поверхности подложки.
4. Скользящий элемент по п.1, в котором металлсодержащий промежуточный слой размещается непосредственно между подложкой и DLC-слоем или основанным на металле нитридным слоем.
5. Скользящий элемент по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один из металлсодержащих промежуточных слоев, предпочтительно гальванический промежуточный слой, имеет толщину слоя от 1 мкм до менее 5 мкм.
6. Скользящий элемент по п.1, в котором между самым наружным слоем и поверхностью подложки предусмотрен по меньшей мере один основанный на металле нитридный слой, предпочтительно слой нитрида металла.
7. Способ изготовления скользящего элемента по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем металлсодержащий промежуточный слой наносят на поверхность скольжения скользящего элемента, DLC-слой или основанный на металле нитридный слой осаждают на поверхность скольжения скользящего элемента, и по меньшей мере одну дополнительную поверхность скользящего элемента подвергают поверхностному упрочнению, и при этом избегают азотирования поверхности скольжения.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором по меньшей мере один металлсодержащий промежуточный слой наносят с помощью гальванического метода.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором по меньшей мере один металлсодержащий промежуточный слой, и/или основанный на металле нитридный слой, и/или DLC-слой осаждают PVD-методом.
