Claims (27)
1. Способ регистрации и сохранения видеоданных в автотранспортном средстве (1),
причем автотранспортное средство (1) оснащено по меньшей мере датчиками камеры (102, 103) для регистрации видеоданных, причем
регистрацию и/или сохранение инициируют в автоматизированном режиме, и причем регистрацию и/или сохранение инициируют при распознавании опасной ситуации,
отличающийся тем,
что опасную ситуацию распознают посредством коммуникации между транспортными средствами.
2. Способ по п. 1,
отличающийся тем,
что опасную ситуацию распознают посредством датчиков состояния окружающей среды.
3. Способ, по меньшей мере, по одному из п. 1 или 2,
отличающийся тем,
что видеоданные сохраняют в зашифрованном виде.
4. Способ, по меньшей мере, по одному из пп. 1-3,
отличающийся тем,
что датчики камеры дополнительно используются одной из систем безопасности транспортного средства, как, например, системой аварийного рулевого управления, системой предупреждения о сходе с полосы движения, системой экстренного торможения и/или ассистентом безопасной дистанции.
5. Способ, по меньшей мере, по одному из пп. 1-4,
отличающийся тем,
что дополнительно к видеоданным регистрируют и/или сохраняют другие данные с датчиков собственного транспортного средства.
6. Способ, по меньшей мере, по одному из пп. 1-5,
отличающийся тем,
что дополнительно к видеоданным происходит регистрируют и/или сохраняют другие данные датчиков других участников дорожного движения.
7. Способ, по меньшей мере, по одному из пп. 1-6,
отличающийся тем,
что другие данные с датчиков собственного транспортного средства и/или других участников дорожного движения используют для проверки достоверности видеоданных.
8. Система регистрации и/или сохранения видеоданных в автотранспортном средстве,
причем автотранспортное средство оснащено по меньшей мере датчиками камеры для регистрации видеоданных,
отличающаяся тем,
что система выполнена для осуществления по меньшей мере одного из пп. 1-7.
