Abstract
Способ отбора газа пускового, топливного, импульсного и для собственных нужд с технологических коммуникаций компрессорных цехов компрессорной станции в качестве топливного при выводе смежного цеха в ремонт, включающий остановку работающих газотурбинных агрегатов и закрытие кранов на входе выходе компрессорного цеха (КЦ) и открытие крана на рециркуляционном трубопроводе, перевод отбора газа на собственные нужды компрессорного цеха (КЦ), открытие крана на соединительном трубопроводе между коллекторами топливного (пускового) газа и выработку газа из контура компрессорного цеха (КЦ), отличается тем, что дополнительно обеспечивают большую глубину откачки газа из отключенных коммуникаций компрессорного цеха за счет регулировки штатной запорной арматуры, расположенной на расстоянии менее 500 мм от Т-образного соединения цеховых газопроводов за счет создания эффекта эжекции, при частичном закрытии одного из кранов на рабочем газопроводе повышенного давления и дополнительной регулировкой другого на эжектируемом газопроводе низкого давления.A method for sampling start-up, fuel, pulsed gas and for own needs from technological communications of the compressor shops of the compressor station as fuel during the conclusion of the adjacent workshop for repair, including stopping the working gas turbine units and closing the taps at the inlet of the compressor shop (CC) and opening the tap on the recirculation pipeline, transferring gas sampling to the auxiliary needs of the compressor shop (CC), opening a tap on the connecting pipeline between the collectors of fuel (starting) gas and discharge gas flow from the circuit of the compressor shop (CC), characterized in that it additionally provides a greater depth of gas pumping from the disconnected communications of the compressor shop by adjusting the standard shut-off valves located at a distance of less than 500 mm from the T-shaped connection of the shop gas pipelines by creating an ejection effect , with partial closure of one of the taps on the working gas pipeline of high pressure and additional adjustment of the other on the ejected gas pipeline of low pressure.
