Claims (20)
1. Устройство для смешения и распределения текучих сред для каталитического реактора с нисходящим потоком, содержaщее:
по меньшей мере, одну накопительную зону (А), содержащую, по меньшей мере, одно накопительное устройство (5);
по меньшей мере, одну по существу вертикальную накопительную линию (7), выполненную с возможностью приема реакционной текучей среды, накопленной указанным накопительным устройством (5) и, по меньшей мере, одно устройство (8) введения, открывающееся в указанную накопительную линию (7) для введения охлаждающей текучей среды;
по меньшей мере, одну смесительную зону (В), расположенную ниже по потоку от накопительного устройства (5) в направлении циркуляции текучих сред и сообщающуюся с указанной накопительной линией (7), причем указанная смесительная зона (В) содержит, по меньшей мере, одну оболочку (15) для смешения текучих сред;
по меньшей мере, одну распределительную зону (С), расположенную ниже по потоку от указанной смесительной зоны (В) в направлении циркуляции текучих сред, содержащую распределительную тарелку (12), несущую множество трубок (13);
отличающееся тем, что указанная смесительная зона (В) расположена на том же уровне, что и распределительная зона (С) и также содержит, по меньшей мере, одну оболочку (16) для обмена текучих сред, соединенную и сообщающуюся с указанной смесительной оболочкой (15), причем указанная обменная оболочка (16) содержит, по меньшей мере, одну секцию (17a, 17b) поперечных каналов, выполненных с возможностью прохождения текучих сред из указанной обменной оболочки (16) в указанную распределительную зону (С).
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что указанная смесительная оболочка (15) расположена выше указанной обменной оболочки (16).
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что совокупная общая высота H’2 указанной смесительной оболочки (15) и указанной обменной оболочки (16) составляет от 200 до 800 мм.
4. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что ширина W указанной обменной оболочки (16) составляет от 200 до 800 мм.
5. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что поперечное сечение указанной смесительной оболочки (15) и/или указанной обменной оболочки (16) является параллелограммом.
6. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что объемное соотношение указанной обменной оболочки (16) и указанной смесительной оболочки (15) составляет от 5 до 60%.
7. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что секции (17а, 17b) поперечных каналов распределены на, по меньшей мере, двух уровнях.
8. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что указанная смесительная оболочка (15) и указанная обменная оболочка (16) образуют единую часть.
9. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что оно также содержит диспергирующую текучие среды систему, расположенную нижеуказанной распределительной тарелки (12), причем указанная диспергирующая система содержит, по меньшей мере, одно диспергирующее устройство (19) текучих сред.
10. Устройство по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что указанным диспергирующим устройством (19) является решетка, причем ось указанной решетки является перпендикулярной продольной оси корпуса реактора.
11. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что указанная смесительная оболочка (15) расположена между двумя обменными оболочками (16).
12. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что указанная смесительная оболочка (15) содержит, по меньшей мере, одно отклоняющее устройство на, по меньшей мере, одной или более внутренней стенке (стенках) указанной смесительной оболочки (15).
13. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что указанная обменная оболочка (16) содержит множество секций горизонтальных каналов, подходящих для прохождения текучих сред из указанной обменной зоны (16) к распределительной тарелке (12).
14. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что оболочка или оболочки (15) и/или (16), ближайшие к распределительной тарелке (12), располагается (располагаются) на расстоянии d от указанной распределительной тарелки (12), составляющем от 20 до 150 мм.
15. Каталитический реактор с нисходящим потоком, имеющий корпус (1), содержащий, по меньшей мере, два неподвижных каталитических слоя (2, 14), разделенных промежуточной зоной, содержащей устройство для смешения и распределения текучих сред по любому из пп. 1-14.
