Claims (22)

1. Способ изготовления полуобработанного изделия с сотовым сердечником для изготовления многослойной детали, содержащий шаги:
- обеспечение сотового сердечника (1),
- смачивание сотового сердечника (1), по меньшей мере, в зоне (2) деформации стенок (3) сотового сердечника (1),
- сморщивание сотового сердечника (1), по меньшей мере, в зоне (2) деформации.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что зона (2) деформации расположена в концевой области стенок (3) сотового сердечника (1).
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что смачивание сотового сердечника (1) выполняют путем окунания в заполненную жидкостью емкость (4).
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сморщивание выполняют путем прижимания сотового сердечника (1) к поверхности (5).
5. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (5) является дном емкости (4).
6. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что прижимание выполняют посредством плоской детали (6), причем плоская деталь (6) прилегает к одном; концу сотового сердечника (1).
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сотовый сердечник (1) после сморщивания сушат.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что жидкость (7) для смачивание сотового сердечника (1) является жидкостью на водной основе или кислотной основе или щелочной основе или спиртовой основе.
9. Способ изготовления многослойной детали, содержащий шаги:
- изготовление полуобработанного изделия с сотовым сердечником по п. 1,
- нанесение внешних слоев (8) на концы сотового сердечника (1), причем внешние слои (8) состоят, прежде всего, из волокнистого композиционного материала или полуобработанного волокнистого материала.
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что жидкость (7) для смачивания сотового сердечника (1) подобна или идентична матричному материалу многослойной детали, например изоцианату, когда используют полиуретановый матричный материал.
11. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что после нанесения внешних слоев (8) многослойную деталь спрессовывают в формовочном инструменте для получения требуемой формы.
12. Полуобработанное изделие с сотовым сердечником, изготовленное способом по п. 1.
13. Полуобработанное изделие с сотовым сердечником, содержащее сотовый сердечник (1), отличающееся тем, что сотовый сердечник (1) сморщен в зоне (2) деформации в концевой области стенок (3) сотового сердечника (1).
14. Многослойная деталь, изготовленная способом по п. 9.
15. Многослойная деталь, содержащая сотовый сердечник (1), причем сотовый сердечник (1) сморщен в зоне (2) деформации в концевой области стенок (3) сотового сердечника (1), прежде всего так, что стенки (3) в этой концевой области образуют гофрированную структуру, и внешние слои (8), которые были нанесены на обеих сторонах на концы сотового сердечника (1), причем внешние слои (8) состоят, прежде всего, из волокнистого композиционного материала или полуобработанного волокнистого материала.
16. Применение многослойной детали по п. 14 в качестве плоской детали механического транспортного средства, прежде всего в качестве капота, двери, крыши, заднего откидного борта, грузовой платформы, облицовки, пола транспортного средства или кессонной конструкции.
17. Применение многослойной детали по п. 16, причем зона деформации (2) прилегает к внешнему слою (8) многослойной детали, который образует видимую внешнюю сторону многослойной детали.
