Abstract
Способ сооружения монолитного железобетонного фундамента с точным расположением анкерных арматурных стержней периодического профиля с любым рельефом поверхности, заключающийся в том, что в соответствии с геодезической разбивкой откапывают котлованы для монолитных фундаментов, подготавливают основание, бетонируют нижнюю часть фундамента до отметки расположения низа анкерных арматурных стержней с любым рельефом поверхности, а после схватывания бетона нижней части фундамента строительным краном монтируют шаблон-вибратор для точного монтажа 4…8 анкерных арматурных стержней, присоединенных снизу к плите и образующих с ней единое целое, последняя оснащена мишенями для точной установки шаблона-вибратора в проектное положение вместе с электро- или пневмовибратором, ориентируют шаблон-вибратор по двум лазерным нивелирам так, чтобы лучи от лазерных нивелиров совпадали с остриями мишеней, фиксируют шаблон-вибратор по горизонту, бетонируют верхнюю часть фундамента до проектной отметки, включают вибратор и уплотняют бетон, после начала схватывания бетона отсоединяют шаблон-вибратор от анкерных арматурных стержней, расположенных точно в проектном положении, строительным краном демонтируют шаблон-вибратор, отсоединяют продольно-разъемные муфты, фланцы, вновь присоединяют к анкерным арматурным стержням фундамента продольно-разъемные муфты, безвыверочно монтируют колонну, опуская выпуски арматурных стержней колонны в продольно-разъемные муфты до упора в анкерные арматурные стержни, гайковертом затягивают гайки продольно-разъемных муфт, в результате жестко соединяют колонну с монолитным фундаментом.A method of constructing a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation with the exact location of the anchor reinforcing bars of a periodic profile with any surface topography, which consists in the fact that, in accordance with the geodetic breakdown, ditches for monolithic foundations are excavated, the foundation is prepared, the lower part of the foundation is concreted to the location of the bottom of the anchor reinforcing bars with any surface relief, and after setting concrete of the lower part of the foundation with a construction crane, a vibrator template is mounted for precise about the installation of 4 ... 8 anchor reinforcing bars attached to the bottom of the plate and forming a single unit with it, the latter is equipped with targets for precise installation of the vibrator template in the design position together with an electric or pneumatic vibrator, the vibrator template is oriented along two laser levels so that the rays from the laser levels coincided with the tips of the targets, fix the vibrator template horizontally, concrete the upper part of the foundation to the design mark, turn on the vibrator and compact the concrete, after the concrete has set, disconnect the scab he-vibrator from anchor reinforcing rods located exactly in the design position, dismantle the vibrator template with a construction crane, disconnect the longitudinally-detachable couplings, flanges, reconnect the longitudinally-detachable couplings to the anchor reinforcing rods of the foundation, unequally mount the column, omitting the outlets of the reinforcing rods of the column in longitudinally split couplings all the way into the anchor reinforcing bars, tighten the nuts of longitudinally split couplings with a wrench, as a result, the column is rigidly connected to the monolithic foundation.
