Abstract
Пассивное устройство фиксации полезного груза преимущественно к корпусу находящегося на орбите космического корабля, содержащее корпус, выполненный в виде полого цилиндра, на днище которого по окружности равномерно размещены направляющие элементы, взаимодействующие с приемными узлами устанавливаемого полезного груза, а также мишень на внешней его поверхности корпуса, отличающееся тем, что в него введено кольцо на переднем фланце корпуса и на кольце выполнены профилированные направляющие выступы, а также расположены датчики контроля закрытия стыка, внутри корпуса установлен диск, на внешней поверхности которого размещены розетки электросоединителей, датчики положения диска и, соосно с корпусом, приемный узел, выполненный в виде стакана с цилиндрическим отверстием, диаметр которого соответствует диаметру головки взаимодействующего механизма, а цилиндрическое отверстие заканчивается коническими расточками на внешней и внутренней поверхностях приемного узла, при этом диск связан с узлом возврата диска в исходное положение, выполненного в виде штока, установленного на внешней стороне диска и пружин сжатия, размещенных во втулке и опирающихся одним концом на хвостовик штока, а другим концом упирается в дно втулки, которая прикреплена к основанию корпуса.A passive device for fixing payloads predominantly to the hull of an orbiting spacecraft, comprising a hull made in the form of a hollow cylinder, on the bottom of which guiding elements interacting with receiving nodes of the installed payload are evenly spaced around the circumference, as well as a target on its outer surface of the hull, characterized in that a ring is inserted into it on the front flange of the housing and profiled guide protrusions are made on the ring, and control sensors are also located the junction is closed, a disk is installed inside the housing, on the external surface of which there are electrical outlet sockets, disk position sensors and, coaxially with the housing, a receiving unit made in the form of a glass with a cylindrical hole, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the head of the interacting mechanism, and the cylindrical hole ends with conical bores on the external and internal surfaces of the receiving unit, the disk being connected to the unit for returning the disk to its original position, made in the form of a rod installed о on the outside of the disk and compression springs located in the sleeve and resting on one end of the stem of the rod, and the other end abuts against the bottom of the sleeve, which is attached to the base of the housing.
