Abstract
1. An oscillometric method for assessing the state of the endothelium, including the following steps: apply a pneumatic cuff to the limb site; increase the pressure in the cuff to systolic; increase cuff pressure above systolic; registering the pressure in the cuff and the presence of volume pulsations using at least one sensor; determine the dependence of the amplitude of the pulsations of the volume of the studied artery on the magnitude of the transmural pressure in this section of the artery, before and after the increase in pressure in the cuff; the condition of endothelial cells is assessed by a certain dependence. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that a pressure sensor is used as a sensor. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the optical sensor is used as a sensor. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that both the pressure sensor and the optical sensor are used. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the pressure sensor detects the pressure in the cuff, and the optical sensor detects the pulse component of the increase in blood volume. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the duration of the pressure increase step is from 1 to 10 minutes. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the optimal duration of the pressure increase step is from 3 to 5 minutes. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that they increase the pressure in the cuff above the systolic to a pressure of 50 mm Hg
